Don’t know how their food was. Went for breakfast on West St. No longer serve breakfast. Sign was on breakfast items on the menu and someone in the store. She answered the intercom said no breakfast. We don’t open till 11 for lumch.. it was 900 am.

The food at this store is good and consistent; I have had no problems with the food… The Customer Service in the Lobby is terrible.
They don’t have their accurate hours posted on the doors and they expect you (the customer) to know their hours… The sign on the door says open until 2:00am and the doors are unlocked- Practically wide open. And when they are in the wrong and you point that out- A lot of unnecessary rude attitude is used in their voice.
I am never coming here again.

Was so Excited to finally try the new lima location for the first time the other day! So sad to have to even post this because taco bell is my abousute favorite place to eat!! But unfortunately I Ended up being so extremely disappointed with my first experience because
All of My food tasted like some sort of soap or cleaning product & ended up making me extremely sick for the the next two days! I have Tried to reach out to them twice about this issue & never received any response from them what so ever. I honestly just wanting to let them know what happened to me, so that this wont happen to anyone else!! I really dud not want to post this here but I was not given the chance to tell them privately, so I am posting here to warn anyone who might be thinking about checking the new west street taco bell out!! Please be careful!

Second time they got me. I’ll never go back to the West Street location. Rude staff. There is a long hair tangled in my taco. Yuck.

Honestly, going to this Taco Bell and not getting your food messed up is a rarity. They claim it to be a training store, but clearly you’re not training right if my food is always messed up. I once even had a remake for a previously messed up order and the remake was messed up. Would recommend the other three Taco Bell’s in Lima and not this one.

Do not go close to midnight or after, they only take doordash or mobile app orders. Three cars in front of me and we all went to burger King. Definitely not what I wanted, but it’s whatever. I mean, some of us don’t like having to use an app for everything.
