Just stopped for a quick bite. Well it wasn’t quick. Ordering with the kiosk seems to take much longer than when a cashier handles the task. The food was as expected. The atmosphere, not so much. The only other customers in the building were way too loud.

I ordered the 3 Taco Supreme Meal and Cinnamon Twists. The twists were stale… again! I ordered the tacos without tomatoes. I was asked if I meant without lettuce. I again said I didn’t want tomatoes, and I wanted them with everything EXCEPT tomatoes. He said it doesn’t come with tomatoes. I said, “It’s does in the picture.” Anyway….I got 3 tacos. Two had meat, SMALL amt. of cheese and TOMATOES (no lettuce!)! The other one ONLY HAD MEAT AND CHEESE, NOTHING else! I paid for SUPREME! I fully understand that mistakes happen, but this is just silly! For just short of $15, I could have gotten a large meal at our local Mexican restaurant. I won’t be going back!

Went through drive-thru and tried to order a Double Decker taco and they refused to sell it to me unless I used their cellphone app. This is the absolutely most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. They want to to use their app so it can farm data from you. There is no reason you should need an app to place an order. The staff was more than happy to tell me this as well as if it just made their day they didn’t have to serve me. I just said forget it and left. They have lost a customer.

This is a newer taco bell. I’m sure it’s the new standard. It’s designed for drive through more than dine in. I get stuff all over me if I try to eat taco bell on the go. I almost always dine in. They are fast, friendly, and it always seems clean in the dining area. What more can you ask for. It is one of the cheaper fast food options, especially with some not horrible calorie counts. They do need a little bit bigger parking lot, but it’s ok for the area.

This appears to be a newer restaurant building. This building appears to be the up-and-coming style of fast food spots. The building and serve area is all self-ordered on screens. I did not see a stand-at-the-counter-and-order spot. The drinks are self serve… as is everything else in the building. All orders were brought to the front and given to the person ordering. The pictures will tell the tale. There was a spot designated for children: crayons, coloring sheets, etc. The restrooms (men’s) received a grade of C. Want to see a futuristic restaurant today… try this spot!

This place is the best Taco Bell around im from Point Pleasant Wv area we have a tacobell in town of point and in Galloplise ohio and this tacobell beats both of them our food was so fresh and the people was so nice I came here on Jan 14th 2026 around noon and whoever was warking there at that time needs a raise good job guys I will travel a hr away from my home anytime to this location to get tacobell for now on.

One of my items had a blue/green discoloration in the cheese which was heavily concerning for mold. While I can excuse minor problems with fast food places, this is revolting and frankly unacceptable. Won’t be coming back

Walked in to no greeting or direction stood there for about 10 mins with staff staring and not saying anything to be told eventually that they don’t take orders that you have to use th kiosk to order then the food comes out not even cooked properly my chlupa was floppy would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude and horrible atmosphere

Called in to talk about my order. My food was so burnt you can small it. Our toca had nothing on them. I told the manager this. I was told am wrong. That they are a 5 star and would never do anything like this.
