I work out of town and have been to several taco bells. This Taco Bell is one of the worst I have been to. They don’t get orders right. They don’t prep them right. The grilled cheese burrito is never “grilled”. This store needs serious training on prep and listening skills. We pay for food and expect it to be made right and receive what is asked for. No one likes getting half ass orders.

Taco Bell when a customer ask for sour cream on an item, most that I know would like it in every bite not just one big blob on one end of a burrito, taco. We love the convenience of this Taco Bell and have for the most part had great experiences here. We understand the rush sometimes but the quality of your food going out that window is what pays the bills for your employees and Taco Bell. In my opinion that’s where my management teams focus would be and that would be the number one goal, is quality food not the quantity of cars through the drive thru in a certain amount of time. Just my rant for having to devour one big blob of sour cream.

Sat in car while my wife went in . 22 cars were served before her after she paid. I get fast food take care of the windows but come on. It just seems like they don’t hire enough staff to serve drive through and inside customers.

Poor time management. I was the only one there when I arrived at 10:17 thinking I would get to work on time (10 minutes away) little did I know it would take 20 minutes to make one burrito. All of them were doing something else OTHER than making my one order. Granted it was good and they got it right (finally), but it sucked being late. There’s always at least ONE problem every time you go here.

The lady at the front counter got an additude cause I asked for more food to take home to my son after she made what I ordered first and after making them she came held the bag about 8 or so inches from the counter dropped it and turn to walk away I asked why the additude and got ignored if you don’t want to work fast food find another job
