Spent $21 on 4 items to feed myself and my teen son and this is the quality we received. $6 for a chicken quesadilla with 4 tiny pieces of chicken and the other half of the quesadilla was empty. It was this way on both of the chicken quesadillas I ordered. I understand the cost of food has gone up but the quality doesn’t match the price point. I would be ashamed to hand someone this and expect payment. Going out to eat is a luxury for most people now days but this is pure laziness and taking advantage of customers. Whoever owns this business should be doing quality control checks because this kind of trash isn’t going to last.

Coming home from a long drive last night and got 6 items from taco bell, we both got a spicy potato soft taco, a grilled cheese burrito, and a baja blast. The grilled cheese burrito was alright, nothing really in it, and not the best I’ve had but it was edible. The spicy potato soft taco was impossible to eat, the potatoes were all hard as rocks and the tortillas were tough. This was 12:30 on a Saturday, peak taco bell hours. This is the time they’re known for. So disappointing because I normally love taco bell, but their game here just isn’t it I guess. Just need to warn it’s such a gamble every time you go if it’s going to be a waste of money or not.

First & last time we will be going to this location. One car in drive-through in front of us. Ordered and brought it home. All 6 tacos were missing cheese. The chicken bowl had avocado ranch on it instead of in a package and no cheese. Very little portion. I took it back to get it all remade. One person waiting for their order, a dad/daughter and I were waiting. One employee in the back on her phone. I had to walk to the edge of the counter to make eye contact with someone before we were helped. Asked for the manager and apparently I was talking to him. Shirt untucked no name tag nothing. Told him what was wrong. No apology. Remade and took it home. Got home and three tacos were missing cheese! Going to piketon next time. This location needs someone that knows what they’re doing or it’s not going to last.

Can rate the food because I never got it. Went into the store was the only one in there at around 8pm. There was maybe 3 cars in the drive thru noone ever came to the front to take my order so I used the tablet system.. then stood there for 25 minutes while multiple cars went through the drive thru. Finally had to call the store while I stood out front and request they come up and give me a refund. Never again. I’ll stick to anywhere else.

It would be great if the menu the app matched the menu at the store. There’s one item I like and the app says it’s not available in your store. Then I get to the drive thru to pick up my order, there it is on the menu. I was pretty upset I had to struggle to find things I would eat in the app only to find the thing I wanted on the menu. Pretty disappointing. Third time I have tried the app. Three different stores and, unlike the Meatloaf song, two out of three were bad!
