20 mins at the drive thru window. At to talk to the manager and was told she was working. The young boys standing around laughing. This was a mobile order. This was the worst experience!!! People behind me in line left. When I got the food home the calupa was hard like it was days old. The potato grilled was just stopped in a wrapper. TACOS were all broken.
Terrible!!!! This will be the last time I use the mobile app. Your employees need more training!!! And shame on the manager for not coming to talk to me and apologize for this mess!!!! SAD!!! SHAME ON THIS TACO BELL ON UPPER VALLEY PIKE!!!!!! This was a waste of time and money!

The only reason for a 2 Star rating is because the food was good. That being said, I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes after placing my order. The car in front of me got tired of waiting and left without their food. Very slow and unfriendly service today.

The only thing saving my review is the older employees. I have received over 15 free coupons due to slow or rude service. When can I redeem them?
UPDATE: we have now lived here over a month. There is ZERO LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATION. The older woman is the only one who acts as if she even cares.
I have received over 15 free taco coupons for slow service. ID rather just get them all at once for my SEVERE inconvenience.

I went all the way across town to come to this one. Most people look like they don’t wash their hands at allot of these Taco Bell’s and this one too. The light skin lady with glasses who made my food was SUPERIOR. I will buy Taco Bell anytime she’s working.

Food was edible, not at all worth bragging about. Meat had the texture of being overcooked, grainy and hard.

We were told there would be a wait on the fries which ended up being two minutes and we were given cold, uncooked, unseasoned, half filled fries. Burrito had shredded cheese even though we asked for nacho cheese. My Quesadilla had barely anything inside of it. I am extremely angry about the service we were given. Please do better and get better employees that ACTUALLY do their job!!!!!!
