I order from this location all the time and it never fails to hit. Today I received the best grilled cheese steak burrito a girl could ask for. I tried to call and thank the cook, but no one answered, but that’s fine because obviously he’s busy throwing down on the line.

Sarah the manager needs to be fired. They messed basically my whole order up, I called and tried to talk nicely and she was not being nice. hardly would give me her name and told me all I needed to bring was my food and recipes to get a new order but I haven’t ate anything and my whole order is wrong while another dude working with Sarah admitted to giving the wrong order to us then had Sarah come on and she wouldn’t do anything unless we came back @3:15am to prove it. Poor poor poor customer service.

This store was clean and updated. You order via a screen now so there is no interaction with anyone working there. I usually got to the Taco Bell in Miamisburg and have no issues with getting my tacos without cheese for an allergy. There were quite a few tacos that had cheese in them. I luckily wasn’t very hungry, but just a good reminder for those working to check on allergies.

Ugh! I typically have had good experiences at this location .. fast service and food fresh. I’ve been hooked lately on the classic lux box, but for the third time now the cinnamon twist are not just stale but sour. You can tell they apparently haven’t changed the oil they use to make them. It leaves a horrible taste in your mouth, not the crisp sweet cinnamon taste you are expecting. I thought tonight stopping during the dinner hour they would be fresh this time, but no such luck. I’m done with Taco Bell now.

We went thru the drive thru and ordered a12 pack of tacos. There was very little meat and it had no taco taste to it.
This is the last time we will be eating here. They serve gross food and charge you a fortune for it. And only give you 7 packs of taco sauce for 12 tacos. Called the store and the only thing the manager said was she was sorry. Maybe you should take pride in what you are serving your customers.

They had terrible service The person on the drive-through was terrible. They had a Speedway jacket on and when we went inside to get our food remade because they don’t know how to leave a cheese roll what’s and a quesadilla for the steamer and then the grill one girl was wearing a shirt that had no Taco Bell on it. A girl was wearing sleep pants. They were all messing around.
