I walked in never once a simple hello or being recognized. I placed my order on the kiosk in the lobby waited 20 minutes and decided to say something. Which the customer service was so poor . I work with the public myself and couldnt believe this is how a fast food company could treat a customer and to be honest i would not hire people that dont want your company to grow. Thanks for a waste of time. Hope the service gets better. sad you have delicous food but have to deal with bad service.

This location was recently rebuilt to a modern building and it’s spacious and nicely designed. The service was quick. The food tasted exactly as I expected at a Taco Bell… hits the spot when you need a quick bite. Recommended!

Have been going here for almost five years now. They forgot my sauce once, which I have some stashed at home so no huge thing. I usually order online and go through the drive-thru. I am addicted to the chips and nacho supreme dip currently, but the missing enchirito and bellbeefer from back in the day always will be my favorite items.

I went there to get my food like I always do and by the time I got to work I had the wrong food I called three times and no one picked up so when I finally got in contact with someone it was later that night about 10:20 and the person that answered the phone would not even give me their name long story short he wind up giving me some type of bogus code so I can get my food replaced the manager I spoke to the next day said they don’t give out codes she called her boss her boss and her boss wanted to give me some type of $5 gift card when I spent $18.And I was not going to let that fly I work too hard for my money the manager that was on duty I do not have a problem with her but the manager that she called her boss I do have a problem with her but long story short I would not go back to that store and please make sure y’all get your receipts specially black people cuz I feel like it was being racially profiled against. Everybody not out here trying to get free food people pay for what they pay for tell your manager stop lying to people

If you have dietary restrictions, you HAVE to double and triple check your orders here. I exclusively order off the veggie menu and my black bean Crunchwraps frequently also have beef in them, and my last visit the beans and rice side had steak in it. Like, not an “oops” amount. A full serving of meat that I never ask for and I cannot digest.

The girls at the window were super friendly! My son had a weird order and they double checked to make sure they got it right! That almost never happens in fast food anymore, so we really appreciated that. The food was hot and made correctly and the service was great. Couldn’t ask for more.

Shift manager comes in and just stands around while orders backed up. No URGENCY. Waited 20 minutes to pickup an online order for delivery. Completely unacceptable to only make drive through orders with no concern for other orders already placed.

Had to tear my soggy sausage flatbread off of the paper. Breakfast crunchwrap is burnt and that’s the only thing I can smell in my whole meal. Prices are jacked up $.30 from any other Taco Bell in the area. Service was good in the drive thru but the parking lot was nearly inaccessible with half the lot torn up and the other entrance has potholes that look like someone took a jackhammer to the only entrance you can left turn out of.

Worst service I’ve ever received at Taco Bell. There’s hardly any toppings on my food, the shell is stale, and the little bit of black beans that they gave me taste old. I can’t even eat this. The rest of the food they gave us was the same; hardly any toppings and old. We threw it out. I don’t have time to drive back up there tonight and Bradley the cashier/ MIC says that he can’t give his bosses name out and he can’t help me if I don’t come back tonight. Okay buddy, well that’s ludicrous. I’m an RGM in fast food service and that’s not how you handle this type of situation. I’ll tell you what you should have done, was taken my information down and offered me a replacement for next time I came back in. I just spent $22 on food that went to the trash because a bunch of teenagers don’t know what the hell they’re doing.
