Went through the drive thru around 7pm on a Saturday. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal with a side of chips & cheese. The chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The quesadilla practically had nothing on it. There was zero sauce and I kid you not, 4 tiny pieces of chicken with a sprinkle of cheese. The outer 2 inches of the quesadilla had literally nothing between the tortilla.

We haven’t been to Taco Bell in a long time. We had a gift card so we decided to go. That was a mistake! We got Mexican pizzas and they were terrible. Tasted like the tortillas were extremely old and dropped on the floor. They don’t even deserve 1 star. We will never be going back!!!

This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And I don’t make this review after one visit. Maybe once is a fluke. But this is now the fourth time in a row I’ve come here over a span of like 5 months, and they are unbelievably slow every single time, and even when they aren’t really particularly busy. Not only that, but they forget food items almost every time. The food itself is usually hot and good, but if you come here, expect to wait 25-30 minutes for your food and for them to forget the main burrito in your box if you don’t actively check your order for correctness before you leave.

I used the mobile app to place my order and spent 27 minutes in the drive-thru when I got to the window they said it’s because they are short-staffed but I sat and watched two people standing there leaning against a wall not doing anything . There’s absolutely no excuse for this kind of experience. And when I got my food I got the smallest amount of guacamole for my chips that you could possibly get it’s ridiculous.

Probably the smallest portion of a large fry And they were cold and old.
There is definitely no part of a five-layer beef burrito that I got
And the chicken cantina was smaller than a bean burrito.

1hour 15 minutes for a near empty lobby and being the 5th car in drive-through.
If their drive through had any way to get out probably wouldve left at the 30 minute mark. Then had a hard time getting my 2 drinks right.

This place isn’t bad as far as Taco Bell’s go. Sometimes the wait line can be excessive and I’m not a fan of how they drive-through is laid out. This morning I was cruising for a little breakfast. I decided to try the new breakfast tacos. Coming in at $1.79 apiece I feel like they’re a little pricey for what they are. Whatever happened to the dollar menu? TB used to be a place you could go and get a ton of food for cheap…
