I just recently ordered from here, i ordered two soft tacos supreme and a chicken quesadilla. I got home and my quesadilla wasn’t in the bag. I’ve tried calling multiple times but it just keeps beeping, and hanging up on me. Idk what to do because I dont want to drive back but the quesadilla was the only reason I wanted taco bell and I can’t even call to get it replaced. It just keeps hanging up on me:(

I work for amazon and I have a 30 minute lunch, took 5 minutes to drive here, I ordered 3 soft potato tacos and it took 25 minutes. Don’t even have time to eat now. This place is trash and the workers dont care. They didnt even apologize for the wait or do anything. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place need shut down the employees nodding out in the dinnering room. Employees taking turns hitting a blunt at the front door with the manager had the whole dinning room smelling like. The dad and his kids that were eating said hurry up so we can leave. They play with their phone while making your food. Cussing everything under the sun. Then today my husband goes in to use the restroom and found a needle cap and blood splats all over the wall.

Taste is good, I just don’t see enough quality for the price these days. Chicken and steak taste same as the frozen chunks in micro. Black bean is what I get as my protein lately because I know the ground beef is nothing like what I make at home. I get their seasoning and quality ground chuck to make at home. WHAT IS THIS??! I ordered 2 bean tostadas. The beans are usually spread over the shell. I’m not sure what lazy person was working Sunday night, 11/10/24 @ 7:55 pm, but they need more training and common sense! Beans were in the shape of a scoop and so hard, I could pick them up, in a ball, with my fingers. Ridiculous!

None of my 3 crunchy tacos had meat and the others were made supreme though it was not requested. Then when we went back to get it fixed, they gave us soft tacos instead. I worked fast food so I am aware that when these things happen, someone is angry and just doesnt care about their service quality that day. Please check on your staff’s mental health and ensure they are not overwhelmed. This is a reoccuring issue and we’d like to visit with a pleasant experience next time.
