I don’t leave reviews let alone read them anywhere I go But I had to leave a review here. I ordered a Mexican pizza add pico/extra pico. It taste and looks amazing. In my opinion, this is the best Taco Bell in the city of Dayton. I’ve never been disappointed with the customer service or my food.

Had Covid. Since then Taco Bell and Indian are the only thing I have appetite for. The employees at this location are great at what they do. The order is always right. Packaged to stay ideal. Even better imo is they are always upbeat polite and charming whether it’s 3pm or 3am. Maybe this Taco Bell stole Chik fil As hiring manager! 10/10

The workers that worked on Feb 3, 2026 around 11:00pm are THE BEST WORKERS EVER!!!! Such nice, genuine, caring people! Hard to come by anymore especially at later times of the day! They made my night! Love to spend my money where I feel welcome!

My husband and I went to this location, quite a few times. Each time, it’s been a problem. From items missing, food made wrong, poor service and over charged. We alwAys use the kiosk that way, if there’s a mess up, it’s on us, like ordering wise. But this time, our total came to 13.18$ before checking out, we did Togo as well, so with tax, our total should be around 14$. Well we go to check out and out total is 18.46 SOMEHOW, we added all our things up, which was a nacho Bell grande, with extra nacho cheese, add 3 cheese and extra beans, which added 2.30 to the original 6.79$ for the grande. Then we got the happy hour slushie. That’s a dollar. Then we had 1 more item, the chips and supreme dip, which is 2.49,plus . 60cents for extra beans added to it. So add all that up. It’s 13.18$. we brought it to manager’s attention and they said it must be a system glitch, because I have no idea why it’s over charging. But did nothing to compensate that extra money added, didn’t offer us something in place of it, then made our food wrong.

Store was disgusting, Manager was rude. Ordered a few burritos that were basically all tortillas, hardly any filling at all. They refused to honor a reward from the app, and just plain disrespectful service.

Came in late there was nobody really here. The staff was courteous and helped us out. Great food got it to us hot and quickly cannot ask for more! 10/10

My husband & I ordered 12 hard taco
Supremes. What you see in the picture is what we got! 12 of them! Spoke to the manager, Katrina! No help at all complete attitude and 100% disregard what we paid for versus what we received. Zero out of 10 do not recommend… Not only for the food for the management and Customer Service! It’s extremely ridiculous!… By the way You need to call about a mistake on their part… Make sure that you have a receipt. Heads up they don’t give you a receipt. That’s why they ask for one!

Ok well my quesadilla had hardly any chicken, my potatoes looked old, and my taco had like no cheese. Wack, never this locale again. Drive down to the 1414 N. Keowee Taco Bell, they are nice, take pride in their work, and the food is always hot.

*update* so today is Saturday October 18th 2025 and I ordered from the mobile app the dinner for four and they forgot two orders of chips and nacho sauce. I’m highly disappointed once again and I had put a complaint on the app. I really like you guys and enjoy your food but to have orders messed up all the time is aggravating.
