I went through the drive-thru earlier this morning, and it was outstanding. The food was great as always, but what really stood out was the service. An employee named Jayden M made the whole experience much better. His kindness genuinely radiates the moment you interact with him. He was friendly, patient with my order, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made the whole place feel more welcoming. It’s not every day you meet someone who clearly cares about customers. Most of the time when I go through the drive-thru at places, I end up dealing with a rude employee, but he goes out of his way to make sure everyone has a good experience. Best Taco Bell you’ll find in a 50 mile radius hands-down. Always fast, portions are great, food is always good (some places besides this one will serve stuff past the throw-out time) and they hook you up with an appropriate amount of sauce packets! Tonight, I stopped by this fast food restaurant around 8pm and was blown away by the service. Despite ordering a substantial amount of food, including multiple sides and drinks, everything was correctly labeled, including the sauces and spicy items. The staff’s politeness and professionalism were unparalleled, and I was impressed that my $32 was well spent. This experience exceeded my expectations and set a new standard for fast food service

I had one of the best tacos here that I’ve had in a long time from a Taco Bell. It actually had a decent amount of meat and cheese on it and it was fantastic. I want to commend this location on producing a great product. I am from south of town, but I will stop back in when I am up that way.

Usually I don’t have high expectations of fast food, especially Taco Bell, but today was a surprise for sure. I’ve worked at Jersey Mike’s, chickfila, and city barbecue for about 2 years each. I bought basically a chicken tender in a burrito with other things mixed in for lunch. I went to bite into it at work and my teeth hurt and I tasted nothing but burnt carbon and avocado ranch. When I tell you this chicken tender was burnt to hell and back I’m not exaggerating. The picture doesn’t due much justice because I’m pretty sure I ate the worst part. Not only was the breading black the inside was the texture of rubber bands. This is like the 6th one I’ve ever got and I’ve never experienced getting straight up burnt food for $5 before… glad I worked 30 minutes to pay for it.

1st order was supposed to be a 7 layer burrito and tasted like a bean burrito. 2nd visit was a bean burrito with no flavor even with sauce added.They used to taste so good with more onion and cheese but not anymore.
Someone needs training on burritos so they dont leak all over you.

Can I give 10 stars? After a long day and a late night dinner run from cheer practice, as I pull up to the window, I realize I left my wallet in my other purse. I stopped at the window to tell them, and Jayden (not sure of spelling), says here you go. I said I can’t do that, and he said, we can’t do anything with it, so please take it…I shed some tears and said thank you…what a kind young man…give him a raise! With his kindness, I will pay this forward.

Two stars because the place was clean. Service was prompt. Food, my husband and I got the new dipping taco. Flavor wise good, got 2 cups of sauce. But….the amount of meat was miniscule. Picture is of my husband’s taco. Unacceptable amount of meat. Mine was more but still nothing close to how it’s advertised. Never is though. On top of that the tacos had to have been premade as the bottom of our shells were soggy.

I have to say that this is the best Taco Bell that I have ever went too. The food and service is way above the quality and service of the other Taco Bells that I have went too. I live in Troy and will drive here to get Taco Bell. Keep up the great work. Your crew is awesome.

I’ve stopped at this location 3 times in two weeks. The first two during lunch and my food was good and looked like pictures….meaning shells were full. The last time I stopped for supper…..my taco supreme had a smearing of meat, maybe a touch of sour cream, a few strands of cheese and 4 lil chunks of tomato. Very disappointed with order. Plus the supper was drive thru and the lunch was eat-in, so maybe that was the difference. ♀️
