our food was correct and hot, but the empanadas were rock hard, cold and dry. as well as under filled. (not sure if they come pre filled). highly recommend making sure product is fresh for your customers to keep them coming back. nobody likes food that’s been sitting for a while.

My order is ALWAYS messed up from this location. Half the time they don’t even put meat or chicken on my tacos. I don’t know how hard it is to put meat into a taco but apparently it must be difficult. If you order from here, check your food in the store or drive thru before you leave.

I bought the Nuggets and 3 sauces to try on the app. When I got there, they were out (other locations list is at unavailable, at least the sauces when they were out.. so I thought I was going to finally get to try the Nuggets) I got refunded for the nuggets, but when I saw the tostada I had ordered.. it was so sad, and not at all what I remembered from the 90s… very disappointed.

I went to this location on a Sunday afternoon at 2:00. There was no customers there . I pulled up to order in the drive thru and it took 5 minutes for them to greet me over the speaker, then said please wait. I waited another 5 minutes and they didn’t come back to take my order. I ended up reversing out of the drive through and left. I was disappointed and just went to McDonald’s across the street instead.

They need to put some blinds up on the west windows. Dining in is unbearable with the sun shining in. It is like 90 degrees in there. The food isn’t bad but also not the best Tbell I have had.

To be honest, I’m not the person to leave reviews on anything. But my last straw with this Taco Bell was tonight. I ordered a nacho bellgrande meal. I always get no tomato, extra sour cream, and extra nacho cheese. And apparently they just decided to give me an entire ice cream scoop comparison of beans. All in one spot. And hardly any meat. I also got a cantina crispy chicken taco tonight and LITERALLY only received like… 5 little pieces of chicken. I’m an absolute Taco Bell lover and it’s always my go-to. I’ve given this Taco Bell the benefit of the doubt many of times but everytime, I am proven wrong. I don’t even order Baja blast anymore because every time I do order it, it tastes like carbonation bubbles, water and half of an Oz of syrup. I learned my lesson after quite a few visits. I’d rather travel to Troy Taco Bell from piqua where I live… than go here… just to get my food right and actually GOOD and FRESH. It’s like they don’t even care or don’t even wanna try. They don’t speak up on the speaker, and they always have me repeat myself at least 3 times for the littlest, easiest item. Tonight I said Mountain Dew (because as stated before, I don’t order my favorite drink, Baja Blast, any more.) and I repeated that 3 times also. My boyfriend who was on the phone with me even said “dang how many times do you have to repeat yourself.”
Whoever is the manager here… needs to do better. Or find somewhere else to manage that best suits them. Because this is ridiculous. Like I said, I don’t usually leave reviews but this time… it is happening. And it makes me even more disappointed when I see MULTIPLE reviews just like mine.

Chips,pizza crust was terrible! Seemed very old with very old grease,very bitter. $6.19 for a chalupa that didn’t have as much in it as a taco does. Horrible visit! Not the first time we have had issues with pizza shell.
