We ordered 4 cravings boxes with different types of extra sauces and the food was ready in less than ten minutes. Other locations take almost an hour! The staff was great, the food was fresh and the order was all correct. This is my new Taco Bell even though I have to drive a little farther to get there.

Ordered 2 Doritos Tacos with no lettuce or tomatoes and a Chili Cheese Burrito from the drive through. When I got the tacos, there was lettuce and tomato on both. I had to go back through the drive through, tell the cashier about the incorrect order and was told to pull forward. They gave me the correct tacos this time but never apologized! For the record, I have NEVER received the correct order from this Taco Bell any time I have gone there!! Additionally, the workers there are not concerned with the mistakes with my food. Just don’t go there!!!

Pretty disappointed in this location. Even after emailng Taco Bell, I still have not been satisfied. The emails they sent back included them saying they will use the visual images for review and training of their employees. Like how does that help your unsatisfied customer? I didn’t get all the ingredients on my cheesy Gordita crunch and the sauce I had to pay extra for was barely present. The person in the Taco Bell email stated I could come in and receive a new sauce. What good does that do if my food isn’t even right.

Ordered through door dash and I was missing food when it arrived. We drive there and the employee at the window with a smirk on his face admits to completing the order and has the audacity to say he made sure he put all the food in there when he clearly didn’t. Even took the bag there to show them what was missing. Wouldn’t look at my receipt or the bag or at least admit he made a mistake. Got a refund for the missing items but just done with this location. Their customer service sucks!

Had to try out the new location because I hadn’t been yet. It was so great, my food was hot and fresh, and looked like the photos, so I was pretty impressed. I got a nacho bell grande meal and that can really be hit or miss because some places just pile it full of dried up beans and not much else. Restroom was very clean and stocked.
