I live near this location and I’m there at least once a week and it’s hands down the best location. Super fast, the dining room is always spotless and the employees are super nice. And when you ask for a lot of diablo sauce they’re not cheap with it.

There’s two fast food places in New Lebanon. This Taco Bell is one of them and I applaud them for everything they do. I enjoy the pleasant people that work there I have never had a bad experience in my town with this Taco Bell. Some people have and nowadays people hang on to the bad instead of the good! I think Taco Bell in general is overpriced and don’t go to fast food anymore!

This is one of the first times that I’ve been inside of a Taco Bell in a long time that actually was greeted by two people very friendly. The food was good and warm. I was very pleased with the cleanliness inside the restaurant and specially the customer service they were all very friendly.

I normally do NOT write reviews at all, especially bad ones, but this place deserves one. I ordered 6 cheese roll-ups, that wasn’t cooked all the way through, and barely had cheese on it. I also got a steak grilled cheese burrito that had all the sauce on one side of it instead of the entire thing, and I got a steak quesadilla that also wasn’t cooked all the way through. Also, the first few times I came here, I waited 15 mins without being waited on. I could see their screen and they had nothing on it. When they finally served me, they gave me a rude attitude for no reason.

EDIT: WHOEVER IS WORKING THE KITCHEN AROUND 1:30PM 8/21/25 DESERVES A RAISE!! They went HARD on my order. I’ve genuinely never had Taco Bell that good before…. I can’t lie.
OG review: Literally the most elite Taco Bell out there. No matter the time of day they are speedy and consistent… ESPECIALLY the night crew!!!
There’s only been a few times when I’ve been in line for a while, but my food is always made exactly to order and very very very rarely is anything missing (and if something is missing it’s usually just sauce or something).

Pretty disappointed in this location. Even after emailng Taco Bell, I still have not been satisfied. The emails they sent back included them saying they will use the visual images for review and training of their employees. Like how does that help your unsatisfied customer? I didn’t get all the ingredients on my cheesy Gordita crunch and the sauce I had to pay extra for was barely present. The person in the Taco Bell email stated I could come in and receive a new sauce. What good does that do if my food isn’t even right.
My 5 layer burrito soft shell was hard on the edges and gross. I had to add my own sour cream to make it edible. My Gordita crunch didn’t have cheese or lettuce, just meat and chipotle ranch, which was disgusting.
Save your hard earned money for any other place in new Lebanon. They do not care if your food is good or even correct. I hope management will be able to “learn” for their “training” experiences.

Do not go here on Tuesday nights every time we go here on Tuesday night the main manager is not working and the shift manager that is working is so rude and our food is never right it’s flat out nasty it will be our last time we go when she is there I think she wears glasses and she’s a shift manager I don’t know her name but the other lady is so nice she treats you with respect and talks to you like you’re a human being but not the ship manager on Tuesday

Ordered three Doritos Loco Tacos; two regular, one supreme. Shells seemed a little stale, and even the supreme wasn’t filled to the top of the shell. Ordered from the app, order was ready when I arrived. They do keep pickup orders behind the counter so you still have to have help from a staff member to get your food, maybe to prevent theft? Ample parking, easy to find.

Food I delicious and what I expect. The price is high for what it is and usually the reason I rarely go here. The employees are usually nice but busy making the order and tending the register. so not a great service experience but typical of all the fast food places now. Wish they came with free chips or some thing. 15 for 3 tiny taco and a fountain drink is crazy to me
