Looks more like a corporate taco bell instead of a family friendly taco bell. Also the tellers machines were down and we had to use the kiosk. Not a big issue, yet lack that connection. Food was really good and the restaurant was clean.

I mobile ordered today. I arrived at 7:32am and went to the drive through. The screen was not on. I drove around to the front to a door that stated, open at 7:00am. The door was unlocked so I went in. A worker was getting stuff together and I told him I had a mobile order and was wondering if they were open. He told me no and continued to get his cart attended to.

Stood and waited at the counter as employees milled around walking from behind the counter through the dining room without ever once speaking to me. I waited 10 min before one employee told me she was locking one of the doors and still didn’t offer to ask why I was standing there. And told me I would need to exit through the other door opposite of where my car was parked. Wow!

The store was clean, and the employees were helpful. Our cashier was Rosardio. She was really nice and helpful. Our food was fresh. We enjoyed our visit. There were two old ladies playing dominoes at the big round table. It was cute.

My wife and I decided to get the ultimate game day box for a second time since it’s a limited time. When we opened the box up, we only had 7 wings instead of the 8. I contacted corporate and complained through the app, which they did nothing about. I’m so tired of these incompetent people who can’t put a simple order together or restaurants inability to take responsibility. It ruined not only the meal but it will be a while before we return. We eat out everyday of the week!

Before we got there, we pulled up the app with the intention of redeeming a reward for a free Mexican Pizza, but the app said the item was unavailable at this location. Weird. We went to the drive through and saw Mexican Pizza is actually on the menu here, so we ordered two, along with two drinks.
