Ordered $43. worth of food.Food was cold and I live less than 5 minutes away. Called manager and explained to her that my food was cold, taco’s had lettuce and my nacho fries was cold also w/o cheese. She told me to save my receipt or come back in for a refund. Returned following day. Only to be told they wouldn’t replace my food and treated me as I was lying. With that said I will never spend another dollar at any taco bell. You treat your customers like criminals and you lose who pays your employees. My suggestion is to serve hot food. I will say that I take partial blame about taco’s. I typically check to make sure they are made correct. Yet I had been out working for 12 hours and had to take care of personal business after work.

This taco bell has great customer service as far as great attitudes and time. Unfortunately I do get the occasional messed up order from here so it’s not my favorite location. It is still worth the visit. I just recommend checking the accuracy of your order.

So my friend and I went to a Taco Bell because we wanted some food, and we ended up at the one in northern Dayton. We got to the drive-through, and there were only about three cars ahead of us, but it still took around 25 minutes just to reach the order speaker. When we finally got to the speaker, the girl took a long time to answer. Once she did, she rushed us, and every time we ordered an item, it took her several minutes to respond, followed by an annoyed “anything else?”
After we finally finished ordering, we pulled up to the window. I had a little trouble getting my payment method out, and while I was doing that, she said, “ain’t even ready yet, bro,” in a very disrespectful tone. After that, it still took a long time for our food to come out.
When we parked and checked our food, all of the cinnamon twists were dumped at the bottom of the bag, spilling everywhere. The food was very messy and looked like it was just thrown together. My quesadilla was made very sloppily and didn’t taste good. We also ordered nacho fries, and there were barely any in the container.
Overall, this location was rude, extremely slow, and had very poor service. I do not recommend it.

They yell we’re out of Baja blast as we walk in the door. Some older ladies come in after and stand at the register to be ignored. I hear a lady say I guess they expect me to wait on them. My wife attempted to help them order on the kiosk but the lady’s decided to leave and I don’t blame them. I’m waiting on my food to decide if I’m gonna come unglued or not.

Mad respect for the employee holding down standards. I believe it was the shift supervisor, who on her way out told an employee that was on their phone to switch their gloves out on her line. She called him sir and was very professional. I appericate this as Ive seen many restaurants employees wear gloves and touch everything and then touch the food.

We need more employees in food establishments like her to hold accountability and ensure standards of food prep are maintained. Give her a raise and/or promotion!

This is one of the worst restaurants in the area. The service is both extremely unpleasant and ridiculously slow. Expect to be in line for 30-60 minutes. The amount of profit they have to be losing here because of the absolute snail pace would be alarming to the owner of this establishment. I watched atleast 5 cars back out of the line in the 36 minutes ive been in line .

I came expecting to grab a quick dinner. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, with an extended wait in the drive-thru. Upon reaching the speaker, I encountered some difficulty communicating my order to the employee, which he proceeded to convey to me that it was somehow my fault. (I am not responsible for the faulty intercom system.) Despite my attempts to clarify, they continued to misunderstand the details, and after finally placing the order, I patiently waited my turn to pay and receive my items.

My order consisted of a Nacho Belle Grande with extra cheese, substituting beef with grilled chicken, a small strawberry limonada with mild sauce, nacho fries, and a burrito. However, when I received my frozen limonada, it appeared to have been made and left sitting for some time, as it had begun to melt. Despite this, I decided to accept it and waited an additional 5mins for the rest of my order to be ready.
I reside only three minutes away from the establishment, and upon arriving home, I discovered that the limonada, which was supposed to be a frozen beverage, had thawed and was no longer in the anticipated state. Furthermore, the mild sauce was entirely absent, and the nachos I received fell short of my expectations, particularly considering my request for additional toppings. The nachos were sparsely topped, leaving more than half of the chips devoid of any ingredients. The chips themselves were fragmented into small pieces, and the ones I managed to consume were stale and excessively hard. This experience was deeply disappointing and not an isolated incident. I anticipate that future visits may yield similar unsatisfactory service and low-quality food. It is concerning that customer service and the pride taken in one’s work have become such rare expectations when dining out. It is disheartening to observe the simultaneous increase in prices and decrease in standards and expectations within the business community. This trend poses challenges for consumers seeking reliable and high-quality services.
