This was my first time at this location and all I can say is horrible. Took forever for them to get my food to me. The food was all old and cold. I asked for no tomatoes because my son is allergic and to my surprise the taco looked like nothing but tomatoes. My nuggets were so hard couldn’t even eat them. No receipt, tried calling no answer..Everyone was leaning around on the counter and talking. I will never return 35$ wasted.

ordered and paid on the tablet, waited a while until the manager asked my name and said my order should be out soon. 20 minutes into waiting I asked and was told there was no order under my name! wasn’t offered and had to ask for a refund. top it off my food was still wrong, I ordered a chicken quesadilla and got steak and it wasn’t even melted. hadn’t got taco bell in a while and now I remember why

My last two visits sucked but tonights experience takes the cake!!!! Wasn’t ask if my order, on the screen, was correct and when I pulled up to the window I was given my drinks and told to pull around and park and they’d bring my food out. Fifteen minutes later my food was brought out looking like it had been dumped in the bag! The lid on my bowl wasn’t attached and my nachos were everywhere. Once home, what was edible was cold. I know it’s Taco Bell but slop in a bag is not my preferred food delivery method!

How hard is it to look at a screen and put the items in a bag? Ordered 4 boxes plus 2 extra items. None of it came in boxes they threw everything in one bag. Cheese sauce was spilled all over the items. I immediately knew things were missing and I told the guy. But with how much food was ordered, I couldn’t sit there and open every food item to see what it was. I told the guy I was missing at least 3 items. He said ok let me get them he gave me a bag and I left it at that. Get home and guess what? The items I said were missing weren’t even in the bag he gave me! It ended up being a bag of a couple of other items I was missing. Over all I was missing 5 items (steak garlic nacho fries, cheese quesadilla, 2 chips, and a chalupa supreme) so what is that at least 20 bucks?. I’m usually not one to complain but it’s frustrating and Taco Bell isn’t cheap and a whole meal for my kid was missing. Didn’t want to go back and complain because I’d rather my food not get spit in.

Came in for lunch. Ordered two taco salads and two power bowls. Was only told they didn’t have and plastic wear after having to ask. BRING YOUR OWN PLASTIC WEAR! Any reputable business would have went to the store and bought forks.

It’s Taco Bell. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible. The staff seem friendly and efficient. I was inside once, looked decently clean. I had to remind the girl to change her gloves after handling Money before she made my food. Other than that, better than other Taco Bells I have been to. I used the drive through twice since then. I never got sick or had any stomach issues so that’s a win. The drive through area is pretty filthy however, someone needs to clean up the detritus beneath the drive through window. Beyond that, not horrible. 🙂

They at least got the order correct but the food was old and looked like it needed thrown away. Our food was horribly put together and was thrown in the bag to the point that the nachos and the fries weren’t even in the containers anymore. Nothing tasted good at all and was not worth the money they charge. Hire better employees and do better on the food quality. It’s Taco Bell you’re not performing surgery back there.

I have tried to eat at this location twice. The first time myself and my boyfriend were ignored entirely; they seem to only take orders using the screens in the lobby, and if you wait at the counter none of the workers will address you. The second time, now armed with this knowledge, we placed an order specifying no tomatoes, and waited. I have an allergy to most raw fruits, and raw tomatoes are at the top of the list- but there was no way to say on the order that I have an allergy. That is a problem in of itself. When my food arrived, it had my allergy on it. I immediately rushed up to wash my hands and then take antihistamines while said boyfriend tried to get the staff’s attention. Every line employee loudly insisted it wasn’t their fault, they hadn’t done it, while a single woman (perhaps the manager?) asked what I had ordered so she could replace it. My hands were turning red and we were in no mood to continue the meal, so we took the food to go. As we left, the line employees were laughing and mocking our looks and my reaction. The following Monday we called corporate, who took our information and promised a refund and further communication, but we have heard nothing. I love Taco Bell, I usually enjoy very good food and service at their restaurants, but I can honestly say that in good conscience I cannot recommend this location. Ever. At all.

All of the staff are just messing around in the back, I saw my food sitting out and no one putting it in the bag. 3 people just came in also saying their order is wrong. I ordered a 7$ burrito and they gave me a small burrito it’s only beef and cheese?? Forgot one of my items, didn’t follow any requests put on the order. I’m not sure if they’re all just getting high in the back, but they’re all messing up the orders. A few days ago I also ordered from drive through, 2 burritos, then when I get to the window to pay they asked me what was in the grilled cheese burrito, I tell them beef, then when they hand me my bag, there’s only one burrito and not even the grilled cheese burrito. Someone must have handed me the bag thinking they’re doing something right while the other dude was making the grilled cheese one. There’s no good communication through staff, only goofing off.
