This was my 1st time in this city & at this Taco Bell. They weren’t busy at the time of our visit (around 11PM). The cashier at the drive thru was friendly and asked all the questions needed…like, “Are you going to be using the mobile app,” and “Would you like any sauces?” I told her I wanted to use my rewards account, but the app itself was having technical issues and wouldn’t work for me at that time. So I told her it wasn’t a big deal as I could scan my receipt for the order. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me a receipt or the sauce I ordered, so it defeated the purpose of her questions :(.
The food was hot and tasted good. The only issues were: the cook cut the quesadilla in odd sizes and the cuts didn’t go all the way through (2 tiny ends and the “middle” cut was way off center.) This made it hard to grab pieces out of the bag/container it comes in. I’m glad no one was behind me to hurry me along as it wouldn’t have been safe for me to drive and do the food juggling I was doing. The sauce on it was a bit too heavy… especially on one side, and the meat wasn’t equally spread out either. It’s almost like I ordered a 1/2 cheese quesadilla and a 1/2 chicken quesadilla, but not cut accordingly either lol. I didn’t eat the soft taco ’til later, but the sour cream was only on one side of it.
The way to the drive-thru lane was a lil’ different compared to other Taco Bell sites as the entry point & drive thru seem separate. That or the drive-thru lane extends into the alley, but doubtful. (There were a few light poles that needed their bulbs replaced in the area.)

We will not be back to this location. My husband went to pick up an order for me and they claimed someone else picked it up. They told him a female in the drive thru picked up my mobile order at 12:46 PM on 10/24, the exact time I placed the order. They were rude and unhelpful, did not offer to remake the order or account for their mistakes. We will be going to the New Lebanon location from now on, I hear from several people that it’s much better quality all around. Too bad it’s not as close as the one in Eaton but this place just stinks.

Tried to call the number to the store and was sent to a god awful message multiple times. The order was so messed up it had to have been done maliciously. The ticket clearly says bacon. All three were sausage aswell as it looked like they’d been used for baseball practice prior to serving.

So to start off we went in to order and we placed an order at the kiosk and selected to pay with cash. We waited at the register for 10 minutes and no one came all while the man making the food was groaning and cussing loudly. We decided to go through the drive through and we waited on our food for another 10 minutes. Asked for bacon and nacho cheese on my quesadilla and didn’t get either and no jalapeños on the Crunchwrap. Literally the worst service.

Me and my family always get food from here, and you honestly never know how the experience will be. Sometimes they’ll get the order right and they’ll be nice, and there have been multiple occasions where they are very rude and don’t get everything in the order.

This is my local location, so I come here a lot.

Our experience today doesn’t surprise me, but it upsets me nonetheless.
I have the app, that I used to check in almost every time. When we went today I checked in, and saw that I had a coupon for 10% off of $10 or more, I decided to use a coupon, and told the girl. We ordered a few items making our total 18 something, she asked if we wanted to round up. I agreed. Making it $19, with the coupon applied. We pulled up to the window to pay, I handed her the card and she said the total was 21.10, before I could even react she charged the card, I said no the total was $19. And she sent back to know this is what you ordered, and I replied again stating that we used the coupon and that it should only be 18 something but 19 cuz we rounded up.
They instead charged our card, slammed the door in our face stating they would get the manager, when she came up. Taylor. She had not much to say other than I’m sorry. Can’t change anything, oh and your coupon I don’t know what happened.
One of The main reasons I quit, was due to bad employees and cleanliness.
I don’t know what happened to this Taco Bell, as I used to love this spot. As of late. It seems to be really going downhill, not only are they getting the orders wrong not being patient not listening. But they’re just not caring now and taking your money, if I wanted someone to overcharge me, I could go anywhere. If I wanted the food I wanted, with the prices that I was given. Then I should be able to go to a restaurant that will honor their agreement.

Every single time we order, something is either missing, or messed up. Staff is typically rude, so going in to get it fixed is actually more of a hassle than just saying forget it. So if you want Taco Bell, Richmond East might be best bet. And I despise going to Richmond for anything, so if I’m recommending it…. I mean.

Picked up order to eat at home. Get home, all 9 items that needed to be cheese free due to allergies had cheese, missing another 4 items. Go back to restaurant and they won’t correct the mistake because we had to dispose of allergy-containing items and didn’t bring them back to the store. A complete waste of time and money.

Worst service ever. First we waited over 5 mins before anyone realized we were in there. Everyone was back in the kitchen area. Finally got to order kid wasn’t listening to anything we said ordered 3 taco salads 2 with no Chipotle sauce but 1 side of advaacodo ranch all 3 had no sauce. Also ordered chips and nacho supreme it didn’t get on order even tho he read it back to us. We then tried to find a table that wasn’t dirty didn’t happen every table was dirty or sticky. At the soda machine it was so sticky and wet counter and floor. There was a Uber eats guy in there who was waiting on a order for of 10 mins.it was over 15 mins before ours was done. That’s when we realized the chips and dip was not on order. Again we went up to ask about them. Was told it wasn’t their fault they weren’t on order and they would be 2.49. I replied back as long as I’ve been waiting in here I shouldn’t have to pay for them but I did. The manager replied they don’t give anything free for having to wait on food again it took 10 minutes to get a bag of chips that were all broken up.
They entire time we were in there they were arguing about making orders and doing dishes .
