Jennings is the only reason I even give a 2 star. This has been a 5 star taco bell till tonight. I just came through here 2nd night in a row. The nacho bell grande i had the prior night and previous times were proportioned very well. Tonight not even half the beef and beans, cheese etc. Mostly chips, and when I politely showed them the food, they just told me that was the way it’s supposed to be made. Also the $3.99 chili cheese burrito + $0.90 for sour cream barely had any chili in it. See all my photos. I work hard for my money and never had a problem before. I took the food back inside and got a refund. As I said, Jennings is such a great guy very friendly and cares about his customers. I wish he were here tonight but unfortunately the consistency is gone and so am I……….Updated… I went back and after paying for extra meat for my nacho bell grande, I received once again barely any meat. I was argued with for several minutes how that was 2 scoops of meat equaling 2oz of meat. It used to not be this way but the employee said once again that they are threatened with write ups if they don’t reduce portions. The prices I pay that are charged for Taco Bell food is sufficient enough to make profit while still giving the CORRECT portions of MEAT!

EVERYTIME!! I order the same thing EVERYTIME. And its made wrong EVERY TIME!! and all I do IS ADD BEAN!!! I DONT REMOVE BEEF!! but every time I order it with added bean THEY REMOVE BEEF even though MY ORDER DOES NOT SAY REMOVE BEEF!!! The job is not that hard when your are being told EXACTLY what to make. Pathetic.

Did the online order and got the *sticks pinky out* the deluxe box. I’m adding this review because food was excellent and the cheesy bean and rice burrito that I added black beans to was literally bursting. So much food for such a great price, this location doesn’t skimp on their burritos

It’s been a while since I have been back but family wanted to go so I thought I would try the Nacho Fries Box. It was alright, the 5-layer was lacking. It looks like they made a soft taco then put a squirt of the cheese sauce & wrapped it in a large shell to make it look thicker.
We asked for mild sauce and only got hot sauce. I wonder if they do it on purpose and think it’s funny.
It’s convenient when your hungry. But expect to get half of what they show or even less. The double crunchwrap is like most things on the menu, lacking.

This Taco Bell is 5 minutes from us but we will drive to the one further away in the future! Sat here in this drive thru for over 45 minutes, had to repeat our order three times, and barely so much as a sorry for your wait. Watched the workers sit around and stare at their phones and chat to each other. Garbage service!

I don’t know if it’s new management or just a different vibe, but the Eastgate Taco Bell has been killing it! My big family makes Taco Bell our cheat night, and every time the whole order is correct, fresh, and fast. The staff is kind and always asks if we need anything else—service honestly feels like 10 stars.
The new street tacos are (one of my absolute favorites) and I’m still hoping the chicken shell taco comes back! Keep up the amazing work—we appreciate you. Eastgate has become our go-to, saving us the drive to Milford!
