Overall not bad but $6.19 for a gordita crunch is crazy, also my soft tacos were like snow tacos. Not warm at all but what can you expect i guess.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever witnessed. I’ve come to this location multiple times because I live close, and almost every time I come here they are out of something. I order through the app fairly often, so it’s not until I get to the location that I find out they’re out of something. They’ve literally been out of meat before… Today they are out of all drinks except tea… I’ve ordered on the app before during working hours just to find out that they decided to close early opposed to what they had advertised. The food is almost always cold or falling apart since they have left it under a heater too long. This Taco Bell is the worst managed location I’ve ever been to.

I didn’t know how to get their computerized menu to work efficiently to place order to go.
There was a register right there. I walked up to ask if I could just ordered verbally. The guy said no. He didn’t offer to help me or even check to see if it was malfunctioning in general.
Smallest bean burrito ever and just liquid like refried beans that made it difficult to eat on the go.

Customer service was terrible. Had to go around for the second time because the girl that gave us the food was more worried about staying warm than making sure our order was correct. Don’t get me wrong I was cold as much as she was but at the end of the day your job is what you signed up for, so do it. If you don’t like what you do, find a job without drive thru windows.

Around 2:50 pm on 8/11/25, I went to the Drive-Thru to order my food. I was nice and so was the employee at first. She repeated my order and asked if it was correct. I said yes except for the chips and dip that was on the screen. I didn’t order that. She snapped at me and was very rude saying the screen is not working and that is why she repeated my order to me. She then repeated my order back to me very nasty and with a bad attitude. I told her I didn’t like her attitude and to cancel the order. While I was driving off, condescendingly she said okay and have a great day. I don’t know what warranted her attitude and if the screen is not properly working, the employee should say that in the beginning. My daughter was in the car and didn’t understand why the employee was so mean and rude to me. Please train your employees on customer service, how to speak to people and also please fix the Drive-Thru screen if it truly is not working.

The drive thru was super slow. Apparently, the drive thru person knew the people ahead of me and she chatted with them for awhile. I ordered one soft taco, one hard shell taco and one Dorito taco. She asked if I wanted any sauce and I said “yes, mild please”. I got one soft taco and two Dorito tacos and no sauce. Unfortunately, I was already home when I discovered the mistake. I sent a complaint and STILL have not heard from them. Very disappointed and I will not go to this Taco Bell again!!

Rude employees who has a nasty attitude and the manager looks so nasty and disrespectful with ugly attitude don’t ever go there I just cussed them out and they hate their job
