The dining area was closed earlier than posted. Employees had no uniforms on, was yelling over my car to talk to a friend getting off a metro bus. Smelled like Marijuana. Forgot my drinks, had to wrap around and wait in the drive thru line. Over filled my drinks my hands and cup holder got sticky. Avoid this place.

Ordered four potato soft tacos fresco style and got this. The photo speaks for itself. And on top of it, the tortillas weren’t even heated. Just taken out of the package and rolled up. It was cold and tough to eat. It seemed like a prank. What kind of business operates like this. Ridiculous. The manager obviously needs to to be replaced.

Came lunch time 12/27/25. 1:19pm. Store was clean, bathroom was clean. Ordered food from drive Tru pleasant young lady Kiymera was amazing customer service. My food was wrap nice and fresh. Thank you whoever made it. Will definitely be back. Thank you guys for great experience.

Taco Bell Northgate Mall by Burger King. NOT TO BE TRUSTED I ordered through the drive thru. Noticed I didn’t have sour cream on my supper to be Supreme, so I walked in just to get sour cream. The drive thru girl (who I mite add was so nice ad polite) came over to the counter to help me. Soon as she handed MY bag to young guy who was making the food. He reached in and took one of MY taco’s out and put it in another customer (who was in the drive thru) bag . While the whole time the manager was standing there. Manager can’t deny it we definitely add eye contact and she was standing in between the staff and the drive thru counter. I sure corporate should be able to pull video. This happened 6/28/2025 between 2:55-3:05. I immediately as for a refund. I then explained to the manager that I see what happened and she just brushed me off/ ignored me.

Absolutely deplorable experience. 1st of all the the wait was waàaay too long. I was asked to pull away fromthe drive thru line, I guess so they could prepare my order. I returned to drive thru widows after waiting 15min literal min past orig drive through wait time and seeing people inside return back and forth to the counter. There appeared to be approx.5 employees standing around clueless as to how to make simple taco bell fare. Order was incomplete and inedible. Absolute incompetence. They simply should have been CLOSED for training or lack of appropriate staff. I recommend you stay far away from this establishment. Not sure how it operates in the day time but, I stopped by after getting hair done. About 9pm, not very late by hours of 2am posted on the door. I will only be returning for a refund

Second time going through the drive through at 10PM (both recent experience) after a 12 hour shift whole staff outside (group of young boys) smoking on the other side of the lot as customers are coming through drive through. I was very patient but after being asked to pull forward after paying for my order(already sat for 5,6 minutes so they could finish break) and order was brought out but had to be returned because incorrect, after parking I then was told the vanilla cream was out for the orange creame freeze I ordered. Ordered a number 9 regular tacos I got supreme with sour cream and tomatoes (specifically asked not to be made with either) special instructions were given to my quesadillas, wasn’t followed and so Wrong size beverages /subs. Literally a mess. Boy at window was irritated I was correcting the order to avoid non sense I asked for a manager I was told wasn’t one available. Exhausted trying to avoid problems took the order anyways. Terrible location don’t recommend late at night never any good.

Take a look at this taco. It’s all shell. I’ve gone to this location before and driven away with a chili cheese burrito that I find out is actually just a rolled tortilla. They put next to nothing in their product.
I stopped going to Taco Bell
Because of this location specifically, and don’t trust any location at this point to fill the tacos / burritos.
Which dishes do I recommend….uh, none of them. The cashier’s name is Beavis.
Get your chili cheese burritos from Skyline. It tastes better, and is more filling, because you will actually get what you ordered, which is not an empty tortilla.
Taco Bell does not deserve your business. Go literally anywhere else.

Went through the drive through and the girl who took my order was extremely rude. All I ordered was a chicken quesadilla with light sauce and she acted like it was the big inconvenience that she had to take my order.

I’m so glad this place has new management. It used to be rough however upon going through the drive-through yesterday to order my children’s food, I was greeted by Miss K such a patient kind soul we need more miss k in the world. She didn’t rush she didn’t seem frustrated. She was polite, courteous, respectful, and an amazing job. Keep it up.

Terrible service experienced as a dasher and a customer. Almost routinely whenever I receive a door dash delivery order from this Taco Bell location, they rarely ever have the order, with the workers either shrugging or saying it’s already been picked up. If they do have the order, the average wait time is 10-15 minutes, way too long compared to all other stores and their wait times. As a customer, I did a mobile order, confirming that the pickup was at this location, but the worker said “we don’t got no mobile orders, you must be at the wrong location.” Patently false, I was at the right location.
