I’ve been to this Taco Bell a couple times because it is the closest to where I live and almost every time it has been disappointing. My last straw was when I ordered on the mobile app at 9:30 AM (they are supposed to open at 9 AM) and when I got there I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes before I finally gave up and tried to go inside. There was not a single worker in the establishment. In past experiences they’ve forgotten multiple items and given me a taco with only one ingredient. The workers here are almost always rude and sound annoyed whenever you try to order.

Figured out why this location wasn’t very busy at lunch. Do it yourself ordering on a dirty germ fill touchscreen? Eww. People in kitchen on phone, trash on dining room floor. The 5 layer beef burrito was about 1/2 the usual size and pretty sure it was actually just a bean burrito. Chicken chalupa had less than 1/2 a teaspoon of chicken in it. Just disappointed over all. Maybe better on other days.

Tried the cantina burrito for the first time. It tastes fine but for a 6-7 dollar burrito I would expect a bit more filling. It was about as long as my can of Monster energy but only as thick as my index finger. Asked for 4 Fire sauce. Got 1 packet of Fire and 3 packets of Hot.

Dont even bother with this location. Employees are RUDE !! Service is TERRIBLE!! Best believe they are not double checking ANYTHING for Accuracy and you will have missing items!! Definitely the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in a restaurant!!

As I approached Taco Bell I noticed a man was sweeping the parking lot. His name was Mabley. I stopped and talked to him and asked him if I could take his picture and get his name because I was so appreciative of the fact that he was cleaning the parking lot and making it look so nice. Not only did it look nice but it was sanitary and clean which is very important to me as a customer of any restaurant.
I thanked him for sweeping the parking lot and told him that I too swept the parking lots of properties that I manage.
Every job is important. And the restaurant business, cleanliness is next to godliness. Neatness and cleanliness doesn’t happen on its own. It takes hard, dedicated work sometimes in bad weather to make facilities look good and be good.
Taco Bell is lucky to have an employee like Maybly. Their facility in Reading is very clean, easy to get to, easy to get in and out and serves delicious food.
Do yourself a favor and visit the Taco Bell in Reading Ohio on Reading road Mabley will make sure it’s clean and everyone else will make sure that you’re satisfied with your food and the service.

Service was quick, this location hasn’t been busy the couple times I’ve gone. I always forget what I order as soon as I step away from the kiosk, lol, so I’m never sure if my order is correct. But everything tasted good, just light on the steak and chicken.

This TacoBell is a usual. If it’s busy, the wait can be a little longer than normal but if it’s not busy they always get my order made right in a few minutes. 4/5 stars only because of wait times during lunch rush.
