Not very welcomed to dine-in. Lunchtime yet we had to take our chairs off the table tops. Not cup lids or napkins available. Food was good but it was obvious that drive thru customers were the priority.

Placed an order in the app for a breakfast crunchwrap this morning. Went to pick it up. Doors were locked. Went to the drive thru. Employee couldn’t find my order at first. Then she found it, but said they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. It was 10:30 AM. Wasted 20 minutes. Always a terrible experience at this TB.

Service was excellent. The ladies working the service windows were friendly and made for a pleasant experience. They made brief, cheery conversation while waiting for the food to finished and even corrected a mistake in my order before it made it out the window to me, which was very appreciated! I’ve tried to be patient with this location but it just gets worse and worse. Some of the employees are very rude and act annoyed you are even there. They will close at random times during operating hours (including today at lunch time), and other times tell you they are out of major ingredients that just happen to be part of your order. I’ve tried changing my order to accommodate what they say they have and am given a different reason why they can’t make my food.
