We placed order online and still ended up waiting on drive thru to pick up for about 30min just to end up with cold fries and all tacos with little to no meat. Charged for supreme never got it. Not very pleased and they don’t answer the phones.

Update: feb 2 2024: so my nachos where smashed..and they forgot 3 items..you would think with all their bad reviews something would be done to change, but no..it remains the worst taco bell location on the plantet with the rudest teenagers in the universe. I haven’t ordered from here since my last review..however my mom bought dinner for everyone tonight and well she didn’t know.
They didn’t have the first four things I ordered, (no sign saying these items were out or not available) and the little girl at the window who has caught attitude in the past acted like I was wasting her time trying to find something on the menu they could actually serve. This location is ridiculous and the staff is rude. The food was thrown together. Just not a great location.

All the food on my large order was fresh. Food was ready super quick. Best taco bell I’ve had in a long time. 9pm 8/21 on Thursday. Thanks to the hardworking crew tonight. They all deserve a raise asap.

I just had one of the best fast food experiences ever at Taco Bell — and it was all thanks to an incredible night shift worker! I’m not sure of their name, maybe Cain? but whoever was running the drive-thru tonight deserves major recognition.
I come here almost every night and to this location and late night because of this worker. Not only was the order 100% accurate (even with special requests), but the worker was friendly, fast, and genuinely seemed to care about giving great service — something that’s rare enough during the day, let alone late at night.
The food was fresh, ALWAYS HOT, and well put together — no messy burritos or half-filled tacos here. It honestly felt like the kind of service you’d expect from a sit-down restaurant.
If management is reading this: give that night shift star a raise or some recognition. They’re the reason I’ll be coming back more often!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE… ran thru & asked for extra tomato’s + lettuce, wanted to charge me $14 JUST for the extra toppings on the tacos, then I check my food & NONE of them are supremes, run back through, the manager says he will remake them, I double check + STILL not supreme, skimpy as all get out & my cheesy potatoes were older than my dang grandma. Like come on…. A WASTE of my money.

The one and only positive thing I have to say about this location is, the employees are always very friendly.
However, every single time we go to this location, our order is wrong. Something is always missing. The last two times we visited, we’ve been given little to no meat. With prices increasing exponentially over the last few years, this is truly unacceptable.

Bad Boy
We ordered food to take out two chaulpas. The shells was so over cooked I could not eat them. I also ordered fries which was scattered all over the bag and cold. We literally drove 5mins to our house. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again and would advise you not to either.
