This taco bell is always the best place to go to when you want some tacos. If you ever have a order that is messed up they are on top of fixing it for you and they are very polite about it. I highly recommend eating here as the environment is always the top of the line. Thanks everyone for your hard work on making taco night the best nights

I went inside ordered my food on the kiosk and stood there for a good half hour 45 mins while the employees stood there looking dumbfounded, one asked “heyy guys what are we supposed to be frying/cooking”, the other looked at the food setting there waiting to be bagged like he didnt know what to do with it! When handed my food the statement was made “OH YOU HAD DRINKS???” while looking at me puzzled then goes and gets my drinks I get in my bag and I have food missing my quesadilla looks like it came off of the kids menu, my soft taco I couldn’t even get off of the wrapper they put it on!

Got a 3 Doritos Locos Tacos supreme meal and a 7$ Lux meal deal. All the tacos were this empty. Also they gave me a taco instead of a Gordita crunch which would be fine if the taco was filled right. Service is decent, the employees are nice. It would be nice if they’d update the hours online. Also they need to be more consistent with the portions. Pictures aren’t very good but they were less than half full.

There’s not plenty of options to choose from when it comes to eating in Greenfield. So it was nice to have a Taco Bell come to town but when I go there and spend my hard earned money there after a long day of work and just want to have a decent meal. I expect the taco to actually have enough meat in it I can taste it and the quesadilla to not be cold, looks like it’s been sitting on a rack, and thrown into the sack it’s served in. It’s simple, do better and take pride in your work. Your serving food to people who have been working all day just like you.

When considering these reviews, keep in mind that this is about the cheapest, junk food there is. So, don’t expect some great meal. With that in mind, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at this Taco Bell. The food is what it is, but the people have always been quite friendly, with positive attitudes, and my orders have been more-or-less correct. Though I don’t go often, it’s always around dinner time or considerably later and never breakfast or lunch; so the shift/employees might be different, and a possible factor in people/product.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered from here and recieved a grilled stuffed burrito that was 1/4 normal size with only meat, no cheese or sauce. Figured it was an off night and tried them again. Quesedilla was 20% meat and cheese, no sauce all tortillia and was burnt. Worst taco bell i have ever had. Be forewarned. Rest if food ordered was burnt or skimped on ingredients. Never again.

This was the second time in the past month that I’ve been to this Taco Bell and had very watery, bad tasting food. The tacos and steak quesadillas look like they’d been thrown into the wrappers and then into the bag. The wrappers were wet and leaking into the bag, the meat was falling apart and had no flavor and when we tried to eat our meal it tasted terrible. Even our drinks tasted off like the settings on the fountain machine were incorrect. We will not be returning to this location and haven’t experienced this problem at any other Taco Bell within 25 miles. Pretty sad since this is a brand new, seemingly clean franchise location.

When this taco bell location first opened they were great! Several weeks in things rapidly went downhill.
I normally wouldn’t complain but there’s been issues the last 3 times I’ve gone. First time, I ordered three power bowls, waited over ten minutes with only 2 cars in the drive thru and i was the ONLY customer inside. I don’t mind waiting but when I got home to eat, every single bowl was made wrong. Missing things I paid for, things in the wrong one, etc. The second time, I was missing two things I ordered and paid for. Tonight. My husband and I went. Placed an order at the kiosk (only two or three items), waited again, almost 20 minutes this time, while people stood at the counter waiting for food and telling the staff to add things to their order while they were making it. It seemed like the crew had no assembly line formed and were running around with no idea who was doing what.
It’s a shame because taco bell is one of my favorites and everyone in town was so excited to get a local taco bell! Hoping things improve!
