Taco Bell’s Main Street Hamilton Ohio has a great location among the many nearby stores. Drive thru fairly quick. Staff friendly. While many like to experiment with the huge variety, the basic tacos are always a good choice.

Food was trash, the nacho fries were old and hard/cold. The food wasn’t even warm. It seemed like it was premade hours before. They had no ice for the sodas. This place has gone to shit they need to get someone in here to RUN this business cause whoever is in charge sucks! I won’t come back to this location. This isn’t the first or 2nd time it’s been like this either. HORRIBLE just AVOID this location.

The employees here are always so nice to me. I assume bad reviews that aren’t based on food are just from people woth bad attitudes that treat kids and young adults working in fast food poorly. I came in Halloween night when they were slammed and the employees were so nice, got my food perfect, and hooked up the sauces! Keep it up!

We ordered A Taco Party Pack, Large Nacho Fries, 3 BAHA BLAST mtndews, and the new Confetti Cookie Cake Slush. Well our food arrived with 3 mtndews NO baha blast? and NO Confetti Slush which is quite ridiculous because just the drinks came out to be $9.00 and we didn’t even get what we payed for. I called the location and they the let phone ring, no pick up. I will not ordering from this location because they obviously cannot satisfie their customers needs.

Was here for 20 minutes in line nobody in front of me. Except they had 2 cars ahead pulled around side of building. I ended up getting my food before them, and my food was alright but my quesadilla was not no 8$ quesadilla no sauce just chicken and cheese.

Im not sure who’s managing this place now, but me and my mom went through the drive through to get a chicken nugget DELUXE box, we made it very clear and even read the sign to make sure it said that (which it did), however, when we got our food, both the tacos that were supposed to come with were missing, and the receipt even came out misprinted, we went back in despite going through the drive through BECAUSE of the convenience and when we explained it to the girl at the counter, she looked at us as if we were stupid and we told her we can pay the difference to get the missing tacos, we sat down and waited for maybe 20 minutes before leaving, absolutely ridiculous taco bell, get your act together and at this point, find someone who’ll run this location like its the navy

No inside service at the counter when trying to order from the counter other than the employees stare at you as they prep food. You have to use the self serve screen
Then when you go back out to go through the drive thru so you don’t have to worry about any issues from changes you request
The order still gets screwed up regardless including the photo of nacho bell grande missing green onions and tomatoes for sure !!

The amount of spicy sauce on this quesidilla is disgusting. I love the sauce but I couldn’t even eat it. This was from one piece. I come here a few times every week. Very disappointed.
