The only good thing about this visit was the customer service. The food was not only COLD but 3/4 lettuce. I usually go the the location on Nilles in Fairfield but tonight chose to go to the closer location. Big mistake! I don’t necessarily expect my food to look like the pictures however, I expect the same quantities of product and maybe a little bit of warmth. There are few fast food places that have menu items available that don’t feel greasy and unhealthy and you pay extra for that feeling. When you purchase the most expensive item a restaurant offers there is an expectation of quality which was not even close to being achieved here. You can tell from the photos what was screen shotted from the menu and what I received. Go out of your way to go to a slightly better location…

The drive thru little boy didn’t want to take my order. There was no one in the drive thru or in the lobby. I will never come to this one. He was rude to me. We went through the drive thru at 3:55 p.m. it was an easy order for my 2 dogs just soft taco chicken with nothing else. He needs to be fired for being a jerk

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too no question. Every thing we ordered was missing ingredients and had very little protein. We spent 40 dollars were missing items and have very little actual food in the items we did get. If I had been smart enough to check our food in the parking lot I would’ve asked for a full refund. That picture is supposed to be a Chalupa supreme and it has less than an oz of chicken doesn’t even have lettuce all the way across.

Ordered at the window. Supreme meal no lettuce. Had to tell the girl who clearly isn’t listening No lettuce again, she never said a word, no greeting, no words during the whole time. Get my drink it was a mountain dew, came out clear, tried it, had to send it back, should’ve known to check my food — gave me just meat tacos after charging me. Is being literate rocket science? Then when I call, no answer.

This Taco Bell is one of the most gross-out places in Hamilton. Please refrain from ordering from the inside if you plan to eat here; they will require you to order from the kiosk, and they will also refuse service from the front counter. The food is cold, and the steak at the location tastes like rubber. The people who work here are generally pretty cool, but some don’t seem to know what they are doing for the most part. Avoid eating here at all costs.

Just came through the drive-thru and after this punk was so very rude to me and the manager had to take over. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window the kid not only was scratching his ass the entire time but was throwing my drink at me as well as my food.

Been hitting this taco bell in between jobs recently and I gotta say, one or two times with slow service or bad food is understandable, but this place is hit or miss. It’s taco bell, so you at least expect a baseline quality on the regular and idk why its so unpredicatble.
