I was there today and ask about and order the worker was so very rude. Not sure why people think its ok to be rude to others.
I would of give it a zero star if it was an option to do so.
If management could get a hold of me that would be great.

The food was very fresh, the lettuce was even crunchy and the employees working there are very nice. I waited maybe 3 minutes and got really good fresh food. I have always liked this taco bell and the one on Lexington ave because they are nice and always make their food good

Had a self error on the app. Wanted to order in person and pay cash the gentleman with the headset on would not take our order, said he doesn’t use that register ever anymore. I also had to use the restroom and the doors where locked with a key pad code that I was told was not for public use.We left are at Wendy’s.

TERRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude & entitled. They act like you should be grateful they allow you to spend money there.
A.I attendant got my order wrong 4 times in a row. Asked for help, no reply. Pulled up to the window & asked to make the adjustment there (change taco to soft & remove rice).
“Can’t make adjustments at the window.. I couldn’t take over to help change your order because i was busy..” Blamed it on us for the small issue. Young black manager & older Asian woman hate their jobs.
Still got the order wrong.
Been coming here for years, never again.

I do not know who the crew is working at Aspen. Taco Bell, today. It is 117 on October 5th 2025. And this food was made perfect and put together just amazingly in a reasonable amount of time. Kudos to the food working at the Ashland road, Taco Bell and Mansfield.

Just went throw drive in. Ordered a cantina bowl. Wife went in after we pulled out not even 2 mins because there was know chicken and bowl had barely any food on it and someone has the nerve to say looks like some one ate the chicken off of it. It look like crap.

Not having customers best interests in mind. Took a phone call while on the back line and continued to make food as normal. After she hung up the phone call proceeded to make orders without washing her hands or changing her gloves. Do not eat here. Cross contamination can kill people. When I brought it up to her after receiving my food. She gaslighted me and said it never happened and that she had washed her hands which is a bold face lie. As I saw the whole time happen.
