So at first the girl (Taylor b.) gave me the wrong drink and I didn’t take it as she tried to hand it to me and told her I wanted the only strawberry not the one with strawberry and blue in it and she had an attitude taking it back. As she handed me the correct drink it was dripping the lid wasn’t on I took a picture of it. And the food was warm but there was barely any meat in the tacos and the cheesy potato taco the potatoes were so hard you couldn’t eat them. I wasted $22 here, definitely won’t be going back to this Taco Bell

I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but my recent experience at Taco Bell was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a meal and halfway through eating, I found what was very clearly a pubic hair in my food. It was not a normal hair — it was short, coarse, and completely unacceptable.
This is a MAJOR health violation and beyond unsanitary. I was immediately sick to my stomach and lost all appetite. I don’t know how something like this could happen, but it shows a complete lack of cleanliness and food safety.
When I spoke to the general manager about it, she showed no interest in the cleanliness of the restaurant or the quality of the food. Her attitude was careless and dismissive, which made the situation even worse.
I reported it to the staff, and they didn’t take it seriously — no apology, no accountability, just offered to “make another one.” Are you kidding me? After that?
This experience has completely turned me off from ever returning to Taco Bell again. I’m also considering reporting this to the health department because no one should have to go through something this vile.

We drove across Ohio and traffic made us change route. The teens wanted Taco Bell so we chose this because it was on our route.
I must say, I’ve had many Taco Bell’s in many states! This one was noticeably delicious! All the flavors popped! The inside was super clean and didn’t have that yuck fast food smell. It was cold but that just made us eat in the warm car.
The lady was super understanding when we changed our order from dining in to take out.

It’s pathetic when you go into a fast food restaurant and the people working there can’t take your order and tell you to use the kiosk machine. This is just aggravating, are you going to give me a 10% discount for pushing buttons and ordering my own food and doing part of your job…? With that being said I’m not sure how the food is here because we left and took our money elsewhere.

Person who took my order did not seem to understand what I was ordering. She gave me one price at the squak box and another at the window. My order was wrong and manager corrected it. Food was barely warm and definitely not worth the price because of how small the servings were.

Extremely rude evening staff. Unprofessional and ignorance A+ for that at this location. The worst experience with humam interaction I have ever had to experience. 1 employee there and she knows who she is. I would be so embarrassed to be working with those people. I just went through the drive through. I ordered something not on the menu. They did fantastic at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Every bite was absolutely delicious which is a rare thing when it comes to ordering my specialty burrito. Most of the time I get it back and it’s small messed up or they charge me a arm and a leg. Not this Taco Bell! I know exactly where I’m going next time I get a craving for tacos!
