Was doing uber eats and was waiting on the order to be ready, I was thirsty and feeling slightly light headed. I went to buy a drink and told I wasn’t allowed because it “was DoorDash policy”. First of all, it was an uber eats order. Second, that isn’t a policy of uber eats or DoorDash that I can’t order a drink while waiting for an order. The lady seemed like she was on a power trip and where I could’ve pushed the issue and ordered it off the kiosk anyways, I let it go. Usually have great interactions with most of the workers here and they’re friendly but whoever this lady was needs properly educated and trained. Leaving an extra 2 stars for the employees who have made going here a good experience in the past.

The food was really good and the service was really nice. The only two people working were very friendly. The kitchen was a little dirty, but other than that really good Taco Bell. Do recommend!

I fully understand being short staffed. But I have gone to this location several times and the drive thru been closed. And this last time they used employee cars to block the drive thru. This is unprofessional and caused a lot of confusion in the parking lot. Several people didn’t realize that the car was parked there and tried waiting a little while which led to back ups. And when I went inside, only one of the kiosks worked and no employees were at the front to help the line. They were all in the back of the kitchen.

Place was clean and food came out quick but the food was sad. I ordered nacho bell grande and it looked like a dollar store version. It wad half the size of other location.
When I asked the crew member if the order was correct, he said yeah and just laughed. This wasnt worth $10.

Food has always been good. However, when an order says Mountain Dew Zero, it should be exactly that, not Mountain Dew Baja. Don’t drink the Baja, so don’t know if it’s Zero or not. This location has made the mistake on my Uber order more than once or twice. If you don’t have Mountain Dew Zero get it removed from your Uber listing. Subway had that problem with their soft pretzel offering; and always substituted a cookie. Substitution is a great way to lose customers and could pose a medical issue if the person is allergic or diabetic. So either train your employees, change your Uber menu offerings or just get it right the first time and every time.

Excellent tacos, meat seasoning awesome portion of lettuce to beans and added rice did a great job! Every bite was amazing. Been to other taco bells in the area, the food doesn’t compare. This one is just neater, better and worth it. Im not a fan of fast food. But this to me is a winner. The pu window people were friendly. Win, win. Great job.

I’ve been getting my food delivered from this location for a while, I received a complete different order after having to wait nearly an hour. My sister just now had the same thing happen to her. I dont know what’s happening to this location, but it seems like its going downhill.

So I came in yesterday to pick up my mobile order I placed and if I’m honest I should have never placed it at this store. I bought a cravings box from the app and the crunch wrap tortilla was extremely stale. So I asked them if they would kindly remake it. They remade it and they still gave me a very much stale crunch wrap. I even let the manager know and he didn’t seem to care.
