Husband was at hospital. Went inside to get food. Did not check my order before leaving. Got back to hospital and half my food was missing. Noone answered the phone# on receipt. Tried going online for corporate info and did not find. I just ate the food I got. Will not be returning.

Used the drive thru and handed the young lady at the window my debit card.
Im watching her run my card and get the receipt…..the entire time her cell phone is laying on the counter in front of the cash register and she typing and scrolling on the cell phone.

How do I know she didn’t take a pic of my card or maybe typing in numbers off my card into her phone!!

I went into this Taco Bell last night December 23, 2025. It took 20 minutes for them to get our food out to us. The black women at the window was goofing off on her phone kept walking away talking and goofing off with employees. I ordered their new steak fries and when I received it, it was a quarter of the way full with fry’s and no steak. I also ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito which was a rolled up tortilla with hardly any ingredients in it. Absolutely tasted horrible and I get this quite often as it is my favorite menu item. Customer service was also awful. When the guy handed out our food he says “sorry we’re low on fry’s”

I would give you a ZERO if it was an option. This location is a joke. Ordered DoorDash and unfortunately this is where the order was sent. Over half of the order was missing. Nothing like having your money stolen due to incompetence…..do better!

They got my order wrong. Of course I should have known. The lady taking orders in the drivethru dont listen for shit. It wss raining so hard there was no way I was going back once I finally realized it. And honestly since the Carmel apple empanada is gone again for good I probably won’t see much of a use for taco bell after that trip. You guys are too pricey for nothing and YOU DONT HAVE ANY FREAKING DESERT! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS !

They use an AI for their drive-thru half the time it gets your order wrong half the time they get it wrong inside. And more times than none I’ll pull up to the drive-thru and it’s something stupid like they’re closed when they’re supposed to be open or their drive-thru and mobile only. What the hell is even that you really told me that you just can’t have orders taken? Then why are you open. You obviously can have orders taken if you’re doing online and mobile

Wow what a disappointment I spend $54.00 at this taco bell just to get old stale nasty cold food the chalupa completely stale the nachos broken pieces of chips with no extra sour cream or meat that I paid extra for 2 cinnabon iced coffees that were regular coffee with melted ice in them. Terrible food will not ever order from this Taco Bell again. I usually order from the one on Southway and the food is always perfect hot and fresh I’ve definitely learned my lesson about trying a new location

The employees threw my food in the bag. All of my nacho fries were out of the cup and all over the bag. My tacos were getting stuck to the wrapper, i asked for extra nacho cheese and i never got it.

Went through the drive thru at 8pm tonight and was rudely told they are not taking orders currently…..@8pm? No explanation whatsoever. Unacceptable!! I get things happen but a simple explanation goes a long way!
