i really like the cinnabon coffee and was half the reason i ordered only to have my driver tell me that now its a breakfast item? it never has been i always get my food well past breakfast hours not to mention its iced coffe not hot coffee. so now i have a bag full of food and nothing to drink. an offer of a different drink wasnt even provided. do better

Coming to this location at any time of the day is a nightmare. They don’t seem to understand the concept of FAST food. I have waited 20-45 minutes in this line multiple times. Staff working the drive thru window and making the food seem to keep walking away to do other tasks instead of focusing on the people that are waiting for their food. I had one car ahead of me today and was waiting at the window for nearly 10 minutes before my food got handed out. Watched one of the employees reset their drive thru timer so it didn’t look like cars were waiting as long as they were.

i always go through the drive thru during the night shift, and i typically get one of two young men i see each time at the window. when i say they are genuinely the nicest fast food workers i’ve ever come across, i mean it. sadly i don’t know their names 🙁 but they always make small talk and make you feel like you’re just a regular person, not a customer. the window people for night shift deserve the FATTEST RAISE!!!! my fav drive thru <3

Came to get a DoorDash order for a customer and when I told the person at the counter the lady behind the food counter said “We’ll get there when we get there.” in a rude tone. Poor, rude, terrible service. If you hate your job, go work somewhere that you don’t deal with people. At the very least you can be polite.

Whoever the night crew is on 8/18/25 deserves a raise. From the window to back of the house. Greeted with energy and food was correct first go. All in a quick and timely manner. It was one of my best experiences at a fast food restaurant. The food was very good. Thank you for doing your job correctly and proving that all you have to do is show a little effort.

Normally they do a decent job on the orders. But twice now I’ve order the loaded beef nachos… & what I’m looking at it not LOADED. they charge for extra meat and both times it’s a no go. It’s almost like I asked them to remove the toppings. Lol don’t charge more money for less of things. Cmon now do better!

Horrible horrible experience. The woman taking my order was extremely rude. They gave me a 3/4 full drink and failed to make 2 spicy potato soft tacos without lettuce. If you can’t work fast food just file for unemployment. Do better

First off…I don’t want to throw any shade at the employees working tonight, especially the poor girl in the drive thru (except she forgot to give me my sauce packets, which added to my frustration just a teeny bit) because she was a peach and even gave me some free taco coupons for my inconvenience.
This location struggles to provide its full menu late at night. Not the first time I’ve placed a mobile order, waited in a long line (I was literally there 30 minutes tonight), only to be told they are out of beef. They were also out of nacho cheese this time too. I canceled my mobile order and ordered non-beef substitutes, including a chicken quesadilla. I wait some more and get to the window only to be told that they are now also out of chicken! Either don’t stay open so late or get better at ordering enough supplies to last you the full night. Such a freaking let down when you have a craving for your favorite items (I work weird hours and was hungry on my way home so no comments about “well maybe you shouldn’t be getting food that late”). Normally I don’t do this, but since it happens kinda frequently, I have to let my frustrations be known.
Again, the employees working were very apologetic and professional so kudos to them. They’re also being let down because I’m sure some folks had some choice words at some point and they don’t deserve to deal with that.
Edit: the photo uploaded was their idea of a spicy potato soft taco. A whole 4 little chunks of potato. Now I am upset with the employees too.
