Absolutely the most terrible experience I’ve had yet. Didn’t get a single bit of my order correct. Then said it was my fault and I never should’ve pulled up because the AI order system wasn’t working. I had to say my order was wrong probably 10 times before I had to go up and just say something. Then got told I was getting whatever was in the bag because it was already made and there were 4 cars behind me.
Also don’t start when you obviously can’t speak to people and your back is bigger than the entrance

Ordered a beef grilled cheese burrito w no chipotle ranch and no sour cream. Add spicy ranch. Yea I got nothing but sour cream w the burrito. Never going there again. I didn’t get any spicy ranch on anything I ordered that .79 extra on 3 items.

Kind of weird for a Saturday night to be closed at 11:00 at night. I didn’t know until I checked on google maps that they are already closed. It does still says at the store that they close at 2:30am not 11:00pm. If they change the times on google maps then the store should change it.

As a dasher, we make our living and wages off of going above and beyond for our customers! This Taco Bell has consistently been a place I try to avoid! Never any help from the employees to get stuff out quickly, very forgetful of the dashers waiting, and to top it off, they have an outdoor window that they MAKE you stand at even in the freezing cold until it’s at their convenience to bring your order thats sitting right in front of them! Never have I ever had a delivery go smooth or remotely even close to being on time through them! Do better…
