Awful experience. We went through the drive-through and were greeted by an AI system. Annoying, but fine—I could overlook that. We spent over $40 feeding our family, received our food, but weren’t given a receipt. We pulled over to check the order and realized an item was missing.
We tried to go inside to fix it, but the doors were locked, so we had no choice but to go back through the drive-through. There was no way to speak to a real person through the AI, so we literally had to place another order and spend more money just to talk to someone about the missing item.
When we finally reached the window, the employee (a kid with a ponytail) was extremely rude. We explained that we were missing an item from our original order and simply wanted what we already paid for. He told us, “not at this time.” What does that even mean? We had just spent more money solely to get help fixing their mistake.
Between the AI system, locked doors, missing food, and rude service, this was a terrible experience. Definitely disappointed.

We ordered our food once I paid they asked me to pull around because they was making something fresh . We waited 10 mins there wasn’t any other customers in line and once we got home everything was cold and u editable at all I tired to call to complain and couldn’t get though just the sound of the fax machine. The store wasn’t closed yet still had around. 20 mins until closing time when I tried calling. We ordered our food at 1:04am they close at 2am I will be calling them back tomorrow morning I put all the food back in the bag and will take back tomorrow I’m so mad for them to try serving this trash to anyone. I took pictures of the food I really wish I could post pictures of what they gave me I wouldn’t feed this trash to my dogs .

This location has always been good to me. The AI drive-thru can be a little annoying, but an employee will correct things. They always make my order correct and quick. Never too busy either.

Don’t have high expectations for a meal from here but seriously! 2 pieces of steak in my item and the cheese cup isn’t even but a 1/4 full…. Rest our tacos barely and meet, there is 3/4 of shell I’m eating in my regular tacos and the little meat and lettuce at the 1/4 bottom only…. Do better….

Very disappointed in this taco bell!!! Taco supreme only had like a teaspoon of beef on it was mostly just sour cream and cheese! My 5 layer burrito was basically just the tortilla shell! This is twice this has happened so won’t be returning to that location!!!

The manager is absolutely foul. If you hate your job, why don’t you get a new one? Being a miserable person doesn’t give you the right to be rude and waste people’s time and money.

I got one crunchy hard taco. Ate it in the movie theater parking lot. I drove my 10 min home and couldn’t make it in the door and threw up for at least 20 min.
Also AI sucks.

Ive never had such a horrible experience at this taco bell. I always order through the app or their indoor ordering screens with no issues. Today we went through the drive threw 2 seperate times and they messed my order up both times. They had no idea what was going on and were irritated the whole time. I gave up after the 2nd time and went home with food i couldn’t even eat due to being a vegetarian. Since they had beef on them both times. Very disappointed!
