I ordered $49 worth of food from this location. Everything was thrown in the bag and my 2 Crunchwrap supremes don’t even look like Crunchwraps. I asked to add an Oder of the new chicken bacon ranch nacho fries and the employee taking the order kind of had an attitude about it. Like it was an inconvenience for him. It says on the receipt his name is Roger.

Last time going to this Taco Bell. Waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes! Not sure why they are so slow, but being stuck in a drive thru lane with a child in the car for that long is no picnic. The extra long wait has happened the last few times I’ve gone there.

The tables were dirty and the past 4 times I’ve been here the wait has been 25+ minutes. They used to be pretty fast and accurate, not sure what’s happened in like the past 3-4 months. Drive thru is always wrapped down the side street and the dining area is packed with people just waiting for mobile orders that are way behind.

my coworker and i just got food poisoning from this taco bell yesterday. our food was not made right for one, but we still ate it and ended up vomiting by the end of the night and all of today having the worst stomach cramping imaginable. be careful if you ate from here recently!

So. In previous experiences at this location we’ve had very specific requests that were paid for and not met! We were told because they’re not a corporate location they couldn’t meet certain requests. I called today and spoke with Michelle (hoping I’m spelling her name correctly) and she assured they could meet our requests. My husband went to order our food and I stg as much as we both love the Mexican pizzas made completely different ways…. Our order was met and succeeded!!!!! I love the crunchiness of the shell of the Mexican pizza but hate beans and don’t care for the meat. I love the sauce and cheese and other toppings. So I like that only on both layers. My hubs also doesn’t want the beans but wants double meat. He always pays for extra meat but rarely receives it. Sooooooo I’m here to tell you……Michelle made sure!!!! We received EXACTLY what we requested!!!!! This is literally the best experience either of us has had at any Taco Bell location!!!! This lady deserves recognition! Sorry for only the photo of mine! My husband was so satisfied with his he devoured it before I could take a photo lol lol lol lol lol Michelle your awesome! Thank you for making by our evening craving “fetch” hahaha

For fast food, Taco Bell is at the top of my list. Their Cantina menu is reasonably healthy and it’s a great option on the go. The staff is always so friendly and I always have a great experience there. Best Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to.
