Food was typical and accurate for our order. However, the service was extremely slow. We ordered a dipping box, a few bean burritos, and it took almost 45 minutes to order and get out the door, with only 3 people inside and a couple of cars outside in the drive-through. The dining area was so cold that we could see our breath. One woman who had been waiting a long time before us had to step outside to warm up.

The total experience sucked! I am appalled by the way Taco Bell has turned out. I think my Nacho Bellgrade had like 3 or 4 bite size tomatoes in it…and I’m not even gonna say what my buriito Supreme was like…and thanks for the sauce…I didn’t get any..

Had a horrible experience here. We were the only car in the drive through and after ordering and paying, we waited on our food for a total of 15 minutes. All while three workers were just standing there laughing and joking around. The workers were lazy and had zero work ethic. Very very very unprofessional. And then to top it all off we didn’t get all of our food we paid for, didn’t get utensils or sauce with a power bowl. I do not recommend wasting your time or money at this location.

This Taco Bell is the worst. Takes forever to get food sometimes. Closed when they aren’t supposed to be closed. And they don’t give good portions. Got my food and asked for extra spicy ranch on my cheesy Gordida crunch and got no spicy ranch at all. Also got no Fritos in beefy melt and no sour cream. I would say to call in before going cause your probably just gonna waste gas cause they probably aren’t gonna be open.

Order completely messed up! Items wrong and some missing! Employees were so busy flirting and playing around inside no wonder! Very unprofessional not to mention the food was not Taco Bell worthy! I think someone should be managing this store a little better!

I go online to see the hours and they say “7am-1am”. It is about 11:15 when I get there and the inside is dark but I can still see workers inside. So I just go to the drive-thru and go up to the speaker. I sit there for 10 minutes and finally they come on and say they are closed. So I pull around to see in the window and there are people in there messing around. This has happened to me 3 times already and is making me angry. People must not want to work anymore or don’t want to serve anyone food at a late hour.

Taco Bell in Strasburg, OH. As the 5th car in line, we had a half hour wait time. When we got to the window, our money was taken. We were then told they didn’t have an item. We listened to staff members swearing while waiting for our food. We were missing two items. We tried calling and no one answered. We finally left as it was the obvious we would not be receiving what we paid for!
