If you’re reading this trust; no bueno, don’t go. I’ve always lived in Navarre and this place was my go to Taco Bell, but the new staff sucks. The old workers used to be great, but this year the quality has really gone downhill. My orders have been sloppy, burnt, or just thrown together without care. They don’t even talk, so so awkward. I’ve tried to give this a restaurant a chance so many times. It used to be the best Taco Bell around but now it’s absolute trash. Nothing, I mean NOTHING is ever made right. The staff is always bickering and arguing and never paying attention to the actual food. I’m under the assumption they’ve never been trained because it’s honestly hysterical. I’ve taken my food back 10 times at least while multiple people wait along side me in the lobby. If I don’t have a job I would stand outside with a sign and boycott the place and warn everyone before spending their money on food they could care less about . 0/10 done with this store

I think this taco bell is ran by teenagers. I ordered 3 deluxe boxes inside, only received 2, had to ask for the 3 cups i paid for and recieved attitude for that. Stood at counter for about 10 minutes to tell them i didnt recieve my whole order, while standing there i recieved dirty looks and was ignored, finally someone asked me if i needed somthing and i told them i didnt get the 3rd deluxe box, he said i get it for you. I stood there for another 15 minutes, and the same guy looked at me and said you didnt receive it yet? I said no and he said ill get it right away. Finally i got my box, so i waited over 45 mins. The way i was ignored and treated today had made up my mind that i will never return to this taco bell again.

This place is a disgrace. There was no cheese on my cheesy gordita crunch and there was no nacho cheese or regular cheese in my Quesarito. The staff is unfriendly and rude. Don’t waste your time ordering from here. It will be a waste of your time and money.

I tried the new chicken nuggets 12/20. They were good and the bell sauce was very good would definitely recommend that. But some of the chicken nuggets were very tiny not worth it. But good

Went thru drive thru and got home. Order was short and I live 20 min from there. Manager was not helpful and seemed annoyed I called. Only wanted to replace one item for my inconvenience. This is whybi stopped going to taco bell and will not go again.

Absolutely horrible. Pictures worth a thousand words. The crunchwraps were smaller than the palm of my hand, coffee was served in a clear plastic cup 2/3 full. Only had 2 cars ahead of us when we pulled in and still waited 15 minutes before food came out. Vegetables in the grilled breakfast burrito were crunchy and cold, obviously undercooked.
