Me and my Boyfriend came in and we ordered but we had to wait a bit because they were getting drive through orders back to back and a lady came up to us and said “Did you guys get your food?” And we said no and she said that she was sorry and that it will be out soon. We thought nothing of it and knew it was probably the drive through backing them up. But then the lady came over with 2 small cups and said “Again we are so sorry for the wait”. We were confused but touched because it was no big deal. So we get our drinks and then get our food and noticed there were cinnamon twists with our food too. It was a really gesture and we were very thankful. Service and food 5 stars⭐

I work for the mahoning county landbank and my coworkers and myself come here almost everyday. This is one of the best taco bells ever, the staff is extremely nice, the store is clean and open, and most importantly, the rice is never soggy here!

put chicken in my burrito when i subbed it for potatoes!! ive been vegetarian for a year and i ATE CHICKEN! ive worked in fast food so im not about to be angry at the workers but let this just pls be a warning to make orders (especially ones without meat) CORRECTLY. omg worst day of my life bye. called to complain and the manager didnt really care and just gave a robotic response to come in so she could fix it but at that point i had already ate the chicken and cried luvs u taco bell foreva but i will never eat taco bell again probs. damnit

Usually the service here is good, and when it hadn’t been, they did a good job at making things right. So I still go here, but my most resent trip to the remodeled store, buying a newly advertised product & they burnt it So for the price, size, lack of thought on this concept, & the experience, I give taco bell a thumbs down on the whole new chicken sandwich idea pictured below Even if it wasn’t burned it’s a chicken tender wrapped in a pita or something, with a dab of some orange sauce I couldn’t taste & nothing more for almost $3. They had a box for $5 which made it worth it for me to try.

Friendly staff if they wait on you. If they get a little busy they lock the dining room door to keep the pesky customers out. It will be a while before I go back and see if I can get in when I want to.

Whoever does the hiring here has done an outstanding job! The amount of upbeat friendly employees is amazing. Been at this location several times in last few weeks, and each time they’ve been great! Fast and with excellent manners! Great job. Plus they are now the ruling place for the best breakfast in fast food. Hands down! Why they’ve never done it before is a mystery. Give it a try.
