The worst experience. The food was terrible! I ordered a Beef Chalupa Supreme. There was no beef, the Chalupa was hard. I ordered the Chalupa Street Tacos. I will share a photo, it’s too depressing to type. I also ordered a Chicken Cantina Bowl. There was no chicken, no beans, no salsa. I took the food back to the store. I waited for 10 minutes while the employees passed side eyes and were rude. The supervisor asked me if I wanted them to remake the order. After a few employees found it funny , I told her no. I would not be patronizing that particular Taco Bell again.

Was greeted by a robot today at the drive through. Waited a few minutes to see if it would run through dialogue and get an employees attention. No such luck, so I went inside. Waited for an employee amongst several self service kiosks and was greeted relatively quickly by an employee who was nice enough to enter my order on one of said kiosks instead of behind the counter where a register should be.
Food was mediocre, but I expect that. What I dont expect is suddenly being robbed of every once typical social interaction. Maybe placing and order, getting a price and exchanging routine customer service dialogue isnt deep conversation but it matters.
In short, take your automation and shove it.

If I could give this -5 stars I would but even that would be too generous. First the workers are rude, second the drive thru is an AI and messes up your order adding random things that weren’t even on the screen, and third the food is just terrible we order a cantina chicken quesadilla there is ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN on TWO of the pieces of our quesadilla. Do not waste your time here location may be convenient but you’re better off going to the one in Nile’s or even Arby’s across the street.

If I could give no stars I would but that’s not an option. Ladies and gentlemen save your money and don’t even waste your time to eat here. The kitchen staff is absolutely pathetic when it comes to making food in fact my 5 year old could make a better taco than these people. I continue to come here and give the benefit of the doubt (maybe it was just an off day) and continue to be disappointed every single time. It’s really not that hard.. If you don’t want to make food then do something else with your life because no one wants to pay for a half ass taco.

I have been here 3 times in 2 weeks and every order was wrong to some capacity. My first order they forgot 2 burritos which were replaced. The second order I had asked for 3 potato tacos no cheese (they weren’t). And finally i had gotten a grilled cheese burrito and added jalapeños but they were not on there. I recommend going to any other taco bell.

Waited 37 minutes in the drive through to pick up an order that we had placed and pad for. We were the third car. And 37 minutes. 30 before we were even able to tell them we placed an order because they had us waiting to even order. Worst location. Sad that it’s brand new and this bad. 4 cars pulled away. I can’t imagine how much business they lose here.

My wife and I just got food from here, and I had to review before pulling out. This was the best Taco Bell experience that I have had to my knowledge. They gave moist towelettes to sanitize our hands with the order, which was very appreciated! And every part of my combo box was the best I had ever seen it done at a Taco Bell. The cinnamon twists were extra seasoned and incredibly warm when they came out. And the cheesy gordita crunch and beefy five layer were just as impressive. I will definitely be taking note of this location for the next time our road trip takes us through the area!

I truly hate leaving negative reviews, and I understand that service work is hard. Saying that, the quality of the service at this location is embarrassing. We ordered on the mobile app and waited about 10 minutes before arriving only to see a gentleman who had been waiting for a mobile order (non DoorDash mind you) for almost 50 minutes and another who was here for over 30 minutes. No greeting, not even by employees walking past to use the restroom. When customers in the lobby asked questions they were ignored. As of writing this it’s 30 minutes since my order was placed and I’ve been in store for 20 with no resolution in sight. This is my closest Taco Bell and unfortunately it’s getting taken off the list of options for late night eating. I hope the store management sees these reviews and cares enough to fix them because this is not acceptable

I want to throw up. I bought a $3 steak burrito and the cheese was rubbery and gooey. I took 4 bites. I tried to eat it but that was the worst food I ever had in my whole entire life!!! I am not exaggerating! My son said if that was his 1st time eating taco bell, that would be his last. It’s definitely my last. I am totally turned off from taco bell.
