The Taco Bell in Newton Falls is consistently great and I really have no major complaints! 9 times out of ten, they are top-notch with the food quality and speed. The only small issue is that if you happen to be missing a straw or an extra item like a bag, it can sometimes feel like you’re being ‘ghosted’ at the counter while trying to get someone’s attention. However, overall, they’ve always been good to me and are one of the most reliable fast-food spots in town. If you want a quick, accurate order, this is definitely the place to go. I’m happy to have such a well-run location right here in our community!

It’s my fault for not checking there work. In my defense I was the only customer there. Last night at 2 am I get home and not a single thing I ordered was the bag. It was just some old 2 go order they gave me. I spent twice as much for less that half of what I bought. No receipt they’re not gonna do anything. I lost 15 bucks

I’ve been coming here for a little while now I have never received bad service in fact lately all the women that have greeted me at the window have been absolutely amazing and sweet! I got the new avocado ranch chicken stacker today it was absolutely amazing! And the girl who greeted me at the window had absolutely A1 customer service! Keep up the great work guys!

Let me start off by saying I’ve never left anything but 5 star reviews my whole life. With that being said I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve never been so frustrated or disrespected in my whole life. I went to the drive through and ordered the Doritos locos tocos and asked for chicken on them. Ordered the rest of the food and saw they weren’t chicken so I calmly said “can you make those chicken”. Waited …. Waited … no response. It was approximately 30 -40 some seconds I’m just sitting there wondering if she heard me. Just complete silence. So finally I calmly said “hello” ? All the sudden another woman says in a very loud voice with a ton of attitude “she’s training !! She’s trying to find the button” !!! Mind you all I said was hello ? And I waited a long time. How was I supposed to know what was happening ? At that point I was like woah that’s some serious attitude. I then said “oh I’m sorry, what’s with the attitude though? “ So she then continues by telling me they’re not serving me and to leave. At that point I’m upset and hungry and say I’m like no I’m not leaving, there’s no reason you can’t serve me all I literally said was “hello”? And she blew up on me. Ive never felt so disrespected in my whole life. But wait it gets better after I tell Her I’m not leaving just give me the food. She says no you need to leave. in my head, I’m like there’s no way this is real life. She can’t do this so I’m like let me talk to the manager and she’s like I am the manage leave or I’m calling the cops. So I’m like okay call the cops I’ll sit right here. Because I know I didn’t do anything wrong. So I pull up the window and they lock it. So I pull around and go inside thinking they might just not see me and they realize and call the cops. So I wait for them and the little pudgy cop who just doesn’t care about anything but “fixing the problem” tells me to leave or he has to “process me” even after I explained the whole situation in detail, and he even believes me. Says well if they want you to leave you have to. So at that point I’m so fed up I just leave. With all that being said this is the worst Taco Bell and worst establishment/staff I’ve ever met. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting corporate as soon as possible. Absolutely incredible I hope they can pull up the cameras or something and get the whole conversation. I will not stop until I’m compensated for my time for my troubles. They told off the wrong person.

I paid for extra meat on my soft tacos. When I got home and opened them there was definitely not extra meat on them. So check ur items that u get extra stuff on before u leave.

I have had numerous issues with this location, on one occasion they were out of half of the items for a beefy 5 layer burrito (sour cream, beans, cheese). Tonight I went to pick up an online order and waited in the drive thru line for well over a half hour with 1 car ahead of me the whole time. After finally receiving my food I drove home and found that they had not given me my 2 questions (no beef add steak and Jalapeños) which is about $16. Our avocado ranch burrito was ice cold and half full from normal, our Mexican pizza was thrown into the box, and our Pepsi was given as a Baja blast. I have contacted corporate and will not be returning to this location. It’s really bad that this location is significantly worse than south st in Warren which is in a bad area. Do better!

First off I am not a fan of Taco Bell in a general sense and I probably haven’t eaten at one in around 5yrs or so. However, they had some new items that seemed interesting so I figured why not and just hoped I wouldn’t be regretting it later. I got the loaded nachos fries, but as you can see from the picture I opted not to get the majority of the toppings. Basically it was just the fries, meat & sauces. These fries were honestly really good to my surprise and I would definitely get them again. I also got the cheesy street chalupa with steak… again I opted out of all the extra toppings because cilantro was amongst them which sadly tastes like soap to me and raw onions (I think) anyways no thanks. Mine had steak and whatever sauce they put on there. Sometimes it’s good to keep it simple. The sauce had a touch of heat and surprisingly I liked these too. Last, but certainly not least I got the vanilla swirl limonada freeze drink (didn’t get a picture because I was too busy enjoying it). The star of the show for sure. Fantastic has good flavor and a little tang and zip to it. Refreshing and just overall really dang good. Never in a million years did I think I’d write a good review for Taco Bell, but here we are. Maybe it’s just this location, but ya I’m kinda impressed lol

Slower than molasses every single time, employees outside laying down in the parking lot and yelling and playing music all the time goofing around, so no wonder it’s so slow… Today a employee while sitting in line must of been upset, slammed the back door and yelled some kind words and tossed her headset across the parking lot, awesome place to be apparently.
