the absolute WORST customer service ever. I check my bags because they NEVER give you what you order, and this time was no different. Broke my taco throwing the bag back at me after they “check” when i tell them we’re missing an item. dude didn’t even look in my bag, just threw it back at me. tired of wasting my money to not get the items i order.

Those new salted churros are soooo good. I didn’t expect them to taste this good. Plz keep them on the menu. The garlic steak fries are also excellent! Customer service is always so nice at this location as well.

The morning shift is polite, fast and gives you a fair amount of food.
The night staff is rude, slow and acts like the refried beans come out of their paycheck.
Review update 12/29: Night shift was rude. Had me “wait a moment” so that he could game the drive thru timing system. No manners
January 7, 2026 update: same brood Night Shift staff don’t even come for evening shift waste of time
February 2 2026: It has to go down to 1 star because the fact that this evening shift employee isn’t fired is baffling.

Hi I had the most amazing experience was greeted by a nice young lady Meka she was absolute the sweetest and helped me with all my questions and then imma leave a review always because that was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time the warm est the freshest I would drive 30 minutes everytime if my Taco Bell tasted that good. !! Spent over $50 on food, and they couldn’t even get the order correct. Completely forgot items from the order, and even some food was made without cheese? Seriously do better. I dont like to be that guy that analyzes his entire order before I leave, but I will start from now on. Paid for food for 6, and had to reorganize it due to missing items to feed said 6. No line, and it’s 7pm. Wonder why.

I’m not one to write reviews. This is my first review I’ve ever done actually, but this place is atrocious. Every time I get my drink it has enough ice to fill it from bottom to top, everything is STALE, just got back from Taco Bell and my nacho fries were chewy. Not even soft but chewy, were cold and barely seasoned. My chalupa was STALE. it’s like they leave them out after being made for hours. Oh and my burrito? It was stale as well. How do you mess up a damn burrito. It’s not even made right.

Nacho fries were cold and old . Got two beef chulpa’s they had a half teaspoon of beef in both of them and ice cold. I knew better because we got breakfast there one time and the crunch wraps where thrown in the bag loose and had no wrapping paper on them . They definitely need some supervision. Austintown and the West Virginia restaurants are always awesome.
