I used the app to place my order. I didn’t have any issues. I took my time walking to Taco Bell. My food was placed in the To-go section. I verified who I was, and I picked up my food. The inside was empty for the most part. None of the tables or chairs were dirty. I notice the employees all getting along, which matches for a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend using the app if you’re in a pinch, plus you get points that add to discounts and free meals.

I am not one to leave a bad review, I completely understand that stuff happens but this was one I couldn’t get past. My hope is that this was fuzz off of a t-shirt but still pretty gross. Food was good until I saw hair or fuzz of some sort on my taco. Please be more attentive and aware of what is getting wrapped up and handed out to customers.

Second night in a row I was turned away, this time bc their food truck was blocking the whole drive thru. When asked why he couldn’t move and unload he said you want ur food don’t you? So you guys have 0 food inside the store? You had to create the biggest traffic jam? They remodeled this whole place but every time I go I either get inedible food or can’t even order. Went to this Tacobell on 1/26/26. The day after the snow/ice storm that hit the area. I could tell while pulling in that with one car in the parking lot they were either low staffed or closed. With them being open I placed an order with about 12 items. The food came out in an orderly fashion, and tasted great. Great job to the staff for helping the community eat during this difficult weather.

Staffing can be difficult at times but that’s a product of Taco Bell as a business not providing a livable wage to starting employees, so I understand it can be difficult to retain workers. Drive thru lines can be long but I’ve never experienced any quality issues with my food. Fresh, hot, crunchy tacos

Employee’s are very rude. Especially this teenager who works at the window, Rowan I believe her name is. She’s extremely rude and kept making rude faces directed at me. She then carelessly tossed my food into my car and my order was INCORRECT. Go to the TacoBell in Akron and save your time. This Rowan girl is a horror!!!

The breakfast burrito was interesting. I think there was something in the tortilla, but I’m not sure. The filling should have included, at minimum, sausage, egg, and cheese. Date: May 13, 2024, around 945 am. Please help me decide if you would have been pleased with this burrito. Will I visit again. Probably not. I threw it away. I don’t like giving poor reviews. However, sometimes you just have to call it the way it is.

Terrible when ordering three people tried taking my order at once and messed the order up!
Discovery Box was an discovery to find my crunch wrap didn’t have the crunch in it & over salted my chip and cheese! Supposed to be supreme and didn’t add anything I asked for. (bad experience)

There is no consistency in the portion sizes received. One day I get a decent burrito, and the next day, I get something the size of a cheese roll up. Ordered a chili cheese burrito and paid $2.10 more to add rice, pico, and jalapenos. The entire burrito was the size of a cheese roll-up leaving me hungry. $5.09 for an empty burrito. I went to get my food with my friends at 1am and a WHOLE semi truck was blocking the drive thru and no one could even get their food. When we told the worker about it she gave a non caring response and said they have to be there and didn’t care at all about our experience. Will continue going to 1940 West market from now on.
