I’m very shocked how bad the tacos were for $93 order we order extra stuff such tomato’s,beans,rice, etc, each taco was $11,98 or more , when I got home all of them have 0 rice, none of them hade enough of nothing but outside burning tacos you couldn’t it taste nothing but burning taste and soggy , so we all end up throwing them away and left with out food , never again in this place so please when you order make sure open the tacos right of front of them if u order when doors are open, so we order around 1 am we didn’t have any choice to check them we went drive thru and many cars behind so 0 out of 10 very bad

The place looks nice, but it’s just dirty and the employees make it ghetto.
So let me start off by telling you this place had trash all over the floor. You can see from the pictures. The staff very unfriendly.
I simply asked for a cup for water and the guy looked at me three times and blatantly ignored me. The lady that looked like she was a manager there saw me, looked at me definitely heard me but just walked the other way. I then turned to the third employee who was working the drive-through while eating a taco and she finally gave me a cup of water.
I’m pretty sure that per OSHA, employees are not allowed to eat on the job and in working area.
As you can see from the picture, I ordered a chili cheese burrito and this thing had virtually nothing in it as you can see from the pictures.
The bottom line here is that employees can destroy a business by just not caring. This seems to be another fine example of “quietly quitting” and doing as little as possible.
If you wanna go to a restaurant that’s gonna make you feel unwanted and regret that you went there in the first place this is the place for you .

I didn’t know how to look at menu. I asked and instead was told they could just tell me. I wanted a large steak burrito and what I got was small with 2 pieces of steak. Very disappointed.

You know, Taco bell has gone down in the quantity/quality over the years. Especially lately. But this taco bell has done even worse. Forgetting to put ingredients that originally go on items. Literally ridiculous. Will not return to this taco bell. Already feel like it’s not worth the price, but sometimes you just want some bell. This was a literal waste of money with the quantity/quality of the food.

(I didn’t tamper with it nor did I eat any) It would’ve been nice if my food was filled up all the way. I got more than this and the other stuff was barely filled up as well, but come on. After reading other reviews, why do you guys make food like it comes out of your paycheck? At least fill up the container!

I am so disgusted & highly disappointed. I went to your location on July 3, 2024 at 9pm went through the drive thru because lobby was closed. Once I got my food I pulled up to the glass window to check my food to make sure I had everything & that my order was correct. While doing so I look inside the lobby and see two rats on the lobby table. The Caucasian male with glasses proceeds to put both rats on his shoulders and walked to the back of the store and comes back with a blue rag and began to clean off the table. Him and a young girl were playing and kissing the rats while they were on the table. I called the phone and was placed on hold no one ever came back to the phone so I pulled back into the drive thru & asked for a refund. I also asked the lady in the drive thru if the manager was aware of the rats in the lobby she told me yes they are an employees pet and was very non chalant about it. I am highly upset because I am a frequent Taco Bell customer due to me being an vegetarian. I WILL NEVER BE BACK VERY UNSANITARY LOCATION
