Best Taco Bell I have had in a long time. The fries were hot. First time I have ever got hot fries , I was beginning to believe they just served them room temperature. Staff was also friendly. All the food was hot, fresh and delicious .

I ordered at the drive thru for a Nacho BelGrande and 2 tacos. I paid $10.97 for a single taco and a nachos with ZERO nacho chips in the container. I only noticed this when I got home and I immediately called. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl said she was. I told her my issue and she said to drive back and they’d give me my food. When I said I was not able to drive back then she hung up on me. Sadly, the young lady that actually waited on me at the window was efficient and nice.

Ive been to alot of tbells. From Cleveland to Okinowa Japan and everywhere in between. This is by far the best one. Food is always made correctly. Workers are friendly even when customers are being rude. (Lady in the red SUV I’m looking at you) AND they’re quick. They deserve a raise at the least.

Haven’t had a problem with this tacobell in almost 6 years. My go to lunch restaurant. Using the app saves money time and effort. the app always has rewards and specials. Staff is friendly to me. Nice job team.

Poor service, don’t know how to read orders and fufill them correctly, I ordered $63 worth of food and they threw it in the bag sloppily ruined the food that was at the Bottom , tacos wrapped half undone open everything falling out , forgot 2 entire meals , messed up the one they did send , didn’t send correct tacos , forgot drink , out of 4 meals , they gone one correct & 2 didn’t get sent at all , it’s not hard to read a order that they literally tape onto the bag themselves, can read the order and place neatly in a bag to make sure it’s correct but failed to do so , lazy workers who can’t read or get orders correctly, I spent way to much money to have more than half the food missing and the rest incorrect , lazy people just trying to get the orders sent out by throwing stuff in a bag , don’t order online from here and if you do make sure you don’t order more than one meal at a time because they will forgot how to read and mess up the whole order, 0/10 do not recommend, I rather go to a different Taco Bell up the street. Poor service terrible food quality.

The food was excellent the service was excellent very friendly I will be coming back Ms Veronica,Ms Lisa and Ms London and Mr Brashawn were the best employees and Manager always informative with the menu items and very helpful with substitutions for my favorite items that are not on the menu at the time very clean dining area and the parking lot and bathroom were clean Great Job Taco Bell l stopped coming because of old night crew and the managers were rude but the new staff morning and afternoon always give the best service

I ordered through the app and chose pickup because I had to use the restroom due to a medical issue. Asked for the code for the bathroom and was told they’re both out of order?
Someone (an employee) came out of one as I was walking in. So either A. They were too lazy to want to clean the restroom.
Or B. This franchisee allows their staff and customers to work and visit without functioning bathrooms while open in violation of building/plumbing and health codes.

Ordered through the drive thru. This is my taco. Seriously inflation is bonkers but worse when the food gets reduced when the price increases. This taco was so flat I had to open it to see what was inside. And sad this is what Taco Bell is training to do. This is why businesses are failing. I had to come home and add ingredients for a taco to be edible.
