Walked up and the lobby was closed even though there was employees messing around in there. So we decided to go through the drive thru. We had 4 people in the car and 3 of us wanted food but they only let us do two orders even though NO ONE else was in the drive thru. Got the food and all the shells were stale and my chicken chalupa was ICE cold. Lady was also a meany pants. Very rare miss for my beloved Taco Bell. Its a shame that these employees dont realize the mantle they have being workers at the greatest fast good chain. BE BETTER!!

I went to this place after work today when ordering my food I asked that my nacho frie be cooked fresh and they always give you old disgusting fries at this place ,I was told no they can not cook my food to order and I politely told them If im paying my hard earned money for food I want it fresh they refused I took my money elsewhere safe to say ,I won’t be returning

Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch, 2 chicken quesadillas, and 3 soft tacos. One of our quesadillas tasted like the degreaser used to clean the grill. Still can’t get the taste out of my mouth.

Got out of bed at 1am to get a cheesy Gordita crunch. Worst cheesy Gordita crunch I’ve had in my 35 years of life. Lol I’ve never had a taco so stale. Also the cashier was very weird. Did not ask about sauces, did not tell me the total at the window and was not friendly at all.

I’m sitting in the drive-thru at 4:30 A.M. as I type this review. Google Maps and the Taco Bell app both have this location listed as being open until 5 A.M. and the open sign is on as well. However, upon pulling through the drive-thru all of the menu boards are turned off and the staff are refusing to respond to me. This was a complete waste of my time and my gas. I even tried calling before making the trip out here but the staff refused to pick up the phone. Do better.

Terribly slow. Long drive thru line to get to the speaker and have them say please come inside to order. Go inside LONG line again. Was there over 30 minutes and still no food. Even online orders of people coming in are not made. To top all that off they are out of large cups. So they give you a medium and small. Disaster let me tell you.
