Have ordered twice since they came back out with the street chalupas, BOTH TIMES I went there it has been soooo skimpy. Legit two pieces of steak on my taco… when I did the first return I called and spoke with manager (stone) he was super nice made it super easy. I couldn’t make it back for a couple days. Stone said just throw the food out and bring in the receipt… a week later I do that, the manager GAUGE fights with me and tells me i need to have the food… afternoon get upset he then says “calm down we will get it figured out” .. I ended up getting my refund..but now my taco has like no meat on it… I just spent another 20$ on food to get this… why man… and then when you say something you gotta have ALL the food an receipt…I spend MY HARD EARNED MONEY, in hope’s I get some good food and I get this… again.. go to the one in.brusnwick.. the actually hook there burritos an tacos up.. unlike here, where gauge is trying to save taco bell for w.e. weird reason (it’s just making the customers not want to go to this location)

I don’t know what kind of magic was happening at Taco Bell this morning, but I am not mad about it.
First of all, Brenden at the register deserves a raise, a promotion, and honestly his own Taco Bell franchise at this point. His customer service was top tier—polite, professional, and nicer than most people I talk to before coffee.
And the FOOD?! Fresh. Fresh fresh. Like it was made with love, respect, and possibly supervision from Gordon Ramsay himself. I had to double check I was actually at Taco Bell and not some secret 5-star location.
Brenden and the team understood the assignment. Thank you for making my morning and restoring my faith in fast food. I will absolutely be back.

The past 6 or so months this place has gone DRASTICALLY down hill. Don’t go here past 8pm as they treat you like you’re doing them a disservice by giving them your business. Once waited 2 HOURS in the drive through and couldn’t leave earlier because of how the drive through is designed. When we tried to get in contact with someone about it they never responded which I guess means they don’t care about bad experiences at their restaurant. Also they close hours earlier than their posted hours constantly. Who runs this place?!

Absolutely no comparison to any Taco bells near me in Cleveland/Parma area. Manager was awesome and employees just as great. Store was clean, food was delicious and much to my surprise, food was as described. Thank you, Court Street Taco Bell for the experience I haven’t gotten in the Cleveland area for years.

I honestly never had a problem until today. I was served a bitter Strawberry watered down Frenseca and when I asked to speak to the manager Brandon he would not listen to me. He absolutely refused to believe me e that there was something wrong with my drink. He insisted because there was no ice and that’s why the drink was that way. I asked the manager Brandon to please remake the drink and just taste what you are serving the people. There was something WAY WRONG but he refused and just kept sa6he watched his staff make it

It must have been the grease (needing to be changed) at another Taco Bell that ruined the taste of the new mini taco salad because at this one it was excellent! The new chips and dip was like a mini nacho Belgrande. Keep these items on the menu!

I’m a regular customer here, but there really needs to be some change done to this place.
Most issues come from the absolute refusal for to do the bare minimum customer service. Service is slow at night, I understand that. The app lets us know when our order is ready for pickup so it’s easy to shop somewhere else while you wait.
I understand the kiosk is there for taking orders, so you do not have a cashier to manage the front.
But I should not need to flag down or worse be ENTIRELY ignored by the staff if there are missing items on an order. Tell me if there is a wait, I will, or offer a substitution or a refund if it’s not available.
Don’t just walk away and pretend customers don’t exist. It’s insulting.

Workers definitely need retraining on how to properly bag the food, like not putting heavy food items on top of crushable food. And take more pride in their jobs, when opening the food it’s ALWAYS leaking inside the wrapper…that’s if you get your food wrapped all the way and not half assed wrap job!

Mobile order drive-thru efficient. Staff friendly. Food warm and tasted good. Had to go inside to grab a few missing items. Staff was kind and helpful. Inside clean and modern.
