Music so loud you can’t talk to the person next to you let alone hear them call your name. Service is extremely slow and the shells for both of my tacos were stale. Dining area also consistently dirty. There’s only 8 places to sit and none of them are clean. I dint expect much out of a Taco Bell, but with 2 others on town to chose from, I wont be back to this location.

Tried the new mini taco salad. It tasted horrible. The spice was overwhelming and the shell tasted like chemicals. I don’t know what went wrong but I heard it was good other places but this one was so bad I had to stop eating it and I’m not picky at all. It was bad.

Horrifically slow. Placed an order a half hour ahead for 5:15, got there around 5:20, and waited until 5:35 before I had to leave WITHOUT my food because I had to get to work and they hadn’t even made it yet. What the hell are these employees even doing? Absolutely ridiculous.

I am happy with this location. We’ve been here several times since opening and haven’t experienced long wait times in the drive-thru. Food is good & the staff are friendly.

We had to pull around the building and wait for nearly 10 minutes after ordering in the drive thru. We only ordered 3 items…a Mexican pizza, a burrito and a chicken quesadilla. The customer in front of us and behind us has to do the same thing. The customer behind us said she had only ordered two tacos. The food was as expected, and was definitely freshly made. It was just frustrating that they aren’t getting your fast food to you fast

I know they’re still fairly new, but this place needs to start getting their orders right. Used to order taco bell all the time (through Doordash) and it would come from the other Taco Bell in medina. Now, since this place is right around the corner from me, my Taco Bell orders come from here. Wish I could tell Doordash to go back and order from the original place. Even though it was farther away, my food was hot, and it was done right. This place will send you food that’s barely warm and isn’t made to order. Half the time they can’t get the items right let alone the ingredients on them.

I quickly noticed the nice clean atmosphere, the food was very good and extremely kind employees, especially the dark haired gentleman who handed me my order. I’m not sure what his name was, but he wished me a blessed day and happy new year and was very pleasant to speak with. My order was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I had a very good experience at this location! Definitely will be back.
