Went went in to place an order and they told me they won’t take my order I have to use the kiosk you can’t make the order how you want it! Unprofessional I’ve never seen a place that don’t take an order for somebody you have to do it yourself! So I ended up going through the drive-thru spending $15 my order was ridiculously made! That is a stake quesadilla with sour cream there’s no sour cream nor steak in this quesadilla what is happening

Horrible. Chalupa supreme had little black beans and no sour cream. Chips were crushed small pieces and so salty couldn’t eat. Soft taco was also so salty couldn’t eat.

When I saw how low of a rating this taco bell has my jaw DROPPED. Came here to say this has got to be the best Taco Bell restaurant we have in the area!! The dining area is so clean, the workers are kind, and I’ve NEVER had any issues with the food here (meanwhile the one on the circle is always a disaster).
This specific restaurant has made me fall in love with Taco Bell again. The food is always fresh, always warm, and always delicious. Fast food workers don’t get enough credit, and the ones here deserve it! They are always kind, humorous, and friendly. Great hard workers and people. They always listen to any modifications I have and never mess up my order or forget my straw!

Food is usually always fine. But the lady who typically works lunch drive thru, with a butterfly tattoo on her arm is the RUDEST drive thru worker I’ve ever encountered in my life. And not just once but every.single.time… get a new job honey if you can’t handle CUSTOMER SERVICE.

For the most part, the service was nothing out of the ordinary. My coworker and I stopped by for a quick lunch and tried to place two separate orders through the drive-thru. However, we were told that only one order is permitted per lunch. To place a second order, we would have had to drive around again or go inside the restaurant. It’s worth noting that there were no other cars behind us. The food was average and not particularly impressive, especially in light of the recent price increases that make a regular sit-down restaurant a more appealing option, as Taco Bell is no longer a daily affordable choice. The atmosphere was typical of a modern Taco Bell, which prioritizes minimizing human interaction and using a kiosk that takes twice as long to order just two simple items. I must admit that I’m not a fan of this fast-food setup. On the other hand, the restaurant was clean, and the staff member who handed us our orders at the pickup area was clear and enthusiastic.

RUDE! Picked up my mobile order, and the bearded guy at the drive-thru acted so inconvenienced. He didn’t even bother to confirm that he was handing me the correct order. He just stayed completely silent while aggressively handing it to me. Food was cold.

i have actively avoided this taco bell because of it’s annoyingly long pre-recorded drive through voice line, it’s like 15 seconds long. The tacobell on the circle with less friendlier staff would get a higher rating from me because they don’t force me to sit through a cutscene just to get a flaming hot burrito.

Tried to order a breafast quesadilla the girl came on the speaker box and said “did you forget this location doesnt serve breakfast anymore?” I was really confused because her tone and overall question was super rude. No, I didn’t know. Im not from around here. Reading some of the other reviews recently the workers in the morning are just rude. Do better.

if i could leave a second 1-star review i would. The woman who works mornings that always says “we no longer serve breakfast at this location” has been the reason i have stopped mid order and left on 2 different occasions. if you don’t like your job work somewhere else, I hate to sound entitled but i work retail too, i just want food before work, i don’t need you cutting me off mid sentence every single time. the cadence in your voice is the reason I only go to the taco bell on the circle now. i just cannot deal with you. insufferable. The taco bell on the circle is the opposite direction of where i work, that’s how much I do NOT want to deal with this woman. please hire someone else.

literally just asked if they still had breakfast crunchwraps because I haven’t been to tacobell in years, and the lady at the speaker had an attitude and answered rude as hell: “We don’t have breakfast at all. Haven’t had it in over a year.” God forbid I ask a question. Genuinely no customer service.
