I order from Taco Bell at a lot of different locations because I travel haven’t been here in a little while couple months but I eat behind the steering wheel all the time so they were out of mild sauces which blew me away because unless the students are taking a bath in it I’ve never once in a life been somewhere where they ran out of mild sauce.
I get my sauces and four of them are stuck together it’s gross bacteria growing probably when I picked them up two of them dropped the two of them were still stuck together so hard they didn’t separate you can see by the picture this is disgusting there’s no way that a worker put this in the bag without noticing this crap.
Next I go to open up my double decker taco and cheese balls all over my lap it was wrapped bad and you can see the soft shell was missing.
The management needs to get this taken care of.

I’ve only had good experiences at this taco bell location. The staff are extremely nice and quick with my orders. Other than having an ai system take my order in the drive thru line now, i have no complaints

Customer service on 3rd shift was EXTREMELY POOR. Cited some NEVER before policy of Taco Bell that an person cannot pick up two mobile orders at once… Allegedly talked to a manager whom claimed this was a unique policy to the store. As I placed my personal order and had a GIG order delivery. Due to wait time I was able to unassign it but sadly for the person that order this will likely wait longer than the first time. Another poor customer experience from Taco Bell. Will never order at this location again.

Food was good but all the tables and counter seats are nasty. Food all over them table and counter tops sticky.
The staff was very friendly, helpful and respectful.
Also fix the tables that are not level in any way.
Clean the lobby area and I will improve my review.

The Kent Taco Bell never usually wrongs me. It’s my go to TB location. I have probably the simplest order on the menu and it is my go to. My food was good and made properly, my drink however left me questioning. Is this a new large? Cause to me it does not seem like it. It was also mostly filled with ice. So yes my food was made correctly, but I think I was robbed of my drink that I paid for.
The past couple times I have gone I have had some AI order taking experiences and some workers taking orders. I feel like they us the AI when they don’t have enough workers, but because of that the workers don’t really know what the orders are supposed to be. I don’t mind AI, I know it’s going to be our future, but I do prefer real human workers.
I have not gone inside recently so I cannot speak on the interior.
None of this will stop me from being a regular customer, I still think this location is the best TB in the area. Just a bit confused. 3.5/5 stars.

Placed an online order and waited in the parking lot. After 15 minutes or so with no status change, went through the drive thru. Seemed ready. Upon getting home, discovered 2 items were completely wrong. Friendly employees.

actually the worst place to ever get food at past 10 pm. there service sucks, they never had enough people working, and i ordered doordash literally an hour ago and it still hasn’t even been made. definitely refunding my money.

30 plus minutes to wait for a doordash pickup when they weren’t even busy. They didnt tell me this until after i had already waited more than 15 minutes. They wasted my time and cost me money. Absolutely unacceptable.
