We live in Newton Falls and we’re driving thru Garretsville and decided to stop at this location. Wow! It was great! The food was hot, the cheese was melted like it was supposed to be. We had quit going to Taco Bell in NF due to quality however the Garretsville location if there food is always like this is worth driving too. We got 3 Crunchwrap’s supreme with sc, a deluxe supreme box and two Doritos hard tacos. Love that the drive thru is an automatic teller. It was quick and efficient. We will be back 🙂

Every time I try to go through the drive-through at this location in the morning, the staff is very rude and I would be the only car in line (wonder why) and it takes them an astronomical amount of time to make 2 to 3 items… I normally do not have a problem with this location in the afternoon or evening, but the morning crew is very rude. At this point, I Won’t be visiting for breakfast anymore.

Worst Taco Bell in the area no doubt. The drive to anywhere else is worth it. The food takes forever, almost always wrong/missing items, and they consistently skimp out on ingredients. Pulled up the other night to every single employee outside smoking cigarettes, what a joke.

Sadly upon coming to this Taco Bell it was a mess. I ordered cinnamon twists and they had a very weird taste to them as though they were sprayed by a cleaner. It was disgusting. I threw those away. I got the nacho fries and there was no seasoning on them. They were hard and stále and flavorless. My chalupas didn’t have the guacamole that I paid extra for. It was a disappointing visit. Plus my fiancé and I both felt gross hours later after eating there. When we visited it wasn’t completely done inside.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE with the NEW AI taking my order!!! Messed my order up 3+ times, the deleted my entire order after that so I left after my order was deleted! My worst drive thru experience EVER! I will never be back to a tacobell unless they remove this AI ordering. Way to take the personability out of the experience, this is what is wrong with this world. Thank you tacobell way for you guys to be a part of the problem/humanities downfall. I hope and pray you LOSE a LOT in profit from this, bad move. I wish I could give this zero stars.

I have tried Taco Bell’s all around the Aurora. Ohio area….TERRIBLE!
But I have not tried the one in Garrettsville until today, what a delightful surprise!
Excellent, friendly, helpful service, clean store and hot food prepared correctly….just like the Taco Bell’s of years ago.

Pretty good taco bell. I like how the inside area is laid out where you can see them making the tacos. I had an issue with ordering on the app, so that was annoying. I had to use the kiosk inside, which was fast and easy, but it doesn’t link to my account so I couldn’t use my points or bonus.
