I really had high hopes for the Grilled Cheese Dipping taco because I love the Grilled Cheese Burrito. But today we ordered 4 of them and NOT ONE had the Cheese Grilled on the outside. The meat inside was tasty, but it was basically a taco with shredded beef. And they obviously attempted to grill it because it just crumbled into a million pieces when you bit into it. Super disappointed and a waste of money! I’d try them again, but NOT at the Howe Ave location. On the plus side, the young lady working the window was super friendly.

4 cars ahead of me and it took 25 mins to get to the window. They had 4 people working inside. Seems if you go to this location anytime after 8pm be prepared for a very long wait. I was greeted by a very “tired” employee at the window who handed me food and drink without a hello or sorry for the wait. I guess

Ordered four volcano tacos 2 crunchy beef burritos and six soft shell tacos. All this was not up to par. There was very little meat in anything. There was no crunchy in the crunchy beef burritos and the tacos were lacking in quality of ingredients and freshness lettuce was not good and there was very little meat very disappointed. I would recommend finding a different location

It’s not really the stores fault, more of the sign of the times. We were having our lunch. During this time, a kid kept screaming and yelling. Another guy was yelling and threatening the clerk about some order. We were not involved in the altercation. It was getting pretty nasty and made us very uncomfortable. My wife was extremely uncomfortable and very worried. The clerk came to our table to apologize. It wasn’t her fault she didn’t do anything wrong. You just want a quiet place to eat your food without worrying that you will get hurt or be in an altercation. Will I be stopping in soon? Nope.

not 5 stars at all. smelt like pot outside and in. workers were cussing. manager had no gloves while touching my food. the girl who made my food ripped the tortilla and just rolled it up and they’re covered in burnt grit.

Waited in line for 10 min during my 30 min lunch break. Requested packets of Diablo sauce with my food, but not only did they not give me sauce, they didn’t give me napkins. When I went back and attempted to go inside to grab napkins and sauce, the door was locked. It was 12:15pm on a Monday! Its been 3 years since covid, there is no excuse for having your doors locked at 12:15 in the afternoon or for not giving someone napkins and forgetting part of their order. There was also almost no sauce on my burrito, making for a bland, very dry lunch and a complete waste of $13.00
